Research On Campus Online Loan Risks And Prevention And Control Strategies

With the rapid development of Internet finance,the network loan has developed wildly and disorderly,after entering the university campus.The campus network loan has triggered a series of vicious violent incidents,which has aroused people's wide concern and exploded with hot conversations in all sectors of society.From the perspective of college students' management,taking the college students which are consumption group of the campus network loan as the research object,this paper comprehensively introduced the potential risks of campus network loan to students,families,schools and society by issuing college students' questionnaires,screening data statistical analysis,collecting interview contents with students experienced network loan and teachers,combining with analysis of the typically harmful case and summary the common problems exploded in campus network loan reported by domestic media in recent years.Through analyzing the risk causes of campus net loan,this paper puts forward the risk prevention and control strategies from college students' education guidance,cognition and practice,construction of risk control system,formulation of policy and measures,self-discipline and norms of industry.The purpose of paper is to improve college students' cognitive level about the risks of campus network loan and provide effective guidance for instructor in colleges,when they carry out education and services for students inclined to borrow money from campus network loan.The author of this paper hope that It can also provide reference basis for the relevant departments and colleges to set governance policies about campus network loan and develop risk prevention and control measures of campus network loan.
