Research On Risk Prevention And Education Guidance Mechanism Of "Campus Loan"

In recent years,the incident of "campus loan" frequently occurred in colleges which has caused great harm to the victims and their families,and has also impacted the construction of civilized campuses and harmonious society.The mission of colleges and universities is to cultivate newcomers of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation.The safety of students' life and property is related to the realization of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in universities.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical value to study the causes of the "campus loan" incident,explore the risk prevention and education guidance mechanism to deal with the "campus loan" incident,and provide suggestions for college students to build a scientific consumption concept."Campus loan" ostensibly provides students with low-interest loans.in fact,it uses students' low legal literacy,lack of financial knowledge and other characteristics,luring students to borrow through false propaganda,resulting in high handling fees and interest,and ultimately making students and their families unable to repay,leading to social tragedy.Based on the investigation data and typical case study,this paper attempts to establish the law model of the formation of "campus loan" hazards,and analyzes the specific process and different stages of the formation of "campus loan" risks.From the perspective of Ideological and political education,the formation of its risk is the result of the incomplete financial ability of college students,the lack of concrete education of consumption concept in Colleges and universities,and the lack of coordination of joint prevention and control and education guidance of all sectors of society.Ideological and political education plays an irreplaceable role in the realization of the mission of moral education and the maintenance of students' interests.The effective intervention of Ideological and political education is an essential part of the risk prevention and education guidance mechanism of "campus loan",which runs through the whole prevention process.In the process of intervention,we need to strengthen some basic concepts,such as the establishment of Marxist sense of value freedom,and trying to make students can actively understand rather than passively accept fraud prevention propaganda.It can be seen that the "campus loan" incident also brings unavoidable impacts and challenges to the current grass-roots organization structure and practical working methods of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Therefore,we must give full play to the important value of Ideological and political education.Based on the law of the formation of the harm of "campus loan"and the starting point of the consideration of the causes,the risk prevention and education guidance mechanism of "campus loan" is divided into three organic parts:front-end identification and prevention,middle-end education and guidance,back-end inspection and.joint innovation.First of all,establish the risk cloud early warning platform of "campus loan",strengthen the publicity of students' fraud prevention,and do well in the interaction of related issues of cyberspace.Secondly,we should strengthen the construction of study style,guide students to establish a rational and scientific consumption view,and cultivate students' good consumption habits.Finally,attention should be paid to home school communication,timely investigation of abnormal consumption of students,coordination and supervision of all departments concerned,and the development of Ideological and political education combined with market economy.
