Congenital heart disease is one of the diseases that plague children's growth and development and has a high incidence.Due to the particularity of the disease, the activities of children hospitalized with congenital heart disease are restricted, which affects normal life and learning, and must be cured by hospitalization.Due to the incompatibility with the medical environment and the unfamiliarity with medical procedures and operators, children are prone to medical fear during hospitalization. This study was conducted in order to alleviate the medical fear of hospitalized children with congenital heart disease and improve the compliance of hospitalized children. This thesis attempts to use desensitization therapy to intervene in the medical fear of hospitalized children. The basic principle of desensitization therapy is to allow a stimulus that originally caused weak anxiety to be repeatedly exposed in front of the requester, and at the same time, the helper counteracts the relaxation with the whole body,so that this stimulus gradually loses the effect of causing anxiety. This study uses a combination of social work methods and desensitization therapy to intervene in hospitalized children with congenital heart disease. There is a degree of fear.Desensitization therapy can make hospitalized children learn to use relaxation to resist anxiety, reduce the medical fear of hospitalized children, and improve the compliance of treatment. Before and after the intervention of the group work, through the observation of the group members and the analysis of the interviews with the parents and medical staff of the hospitalized children, the following conclusions are drawn: First, timely intervention of hospitalized children with medical fears is very necessary.Work can play a good role.Secondly, after the desensitization intervention, the medical fear of the group members has been alleviated to a certain extent, but to maintain the effect of the activity,it requires the joint efforts of the parents of the hospitalized children and the hospital.
