Research On The Demand And Supply Of Public Sports Services For The Elderly In Xi'an From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

Since xi 'an international metropolis city development strategy planning,xi 'an public sports service has always been the focus of attention from all walks of life,with the help of xi 'an dongfeng for the 14th national games again to xi'an public sports service in the elderly to a climax,the elderly but also the priority of public sports service research attention.Public sports service for the elderly in xi 'an is not only an important part of mass sports in xi'an,but also the key to solve the problem of insufficient participation in sports for the elderly in xi'an.Strengthening the effective supply of public sports services for the elderly in xi'an is conducive to improving the satisfaction of public sports services for the elderly in xi'an,meeting people's needs for a better life,promoting resource sharing in xi'an and surrounding cities,and promoting the coordinated development of sports in guanzhong,shaanxi province.This paper,taking xi 'an public sports service demand and supply of the elderly as the research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics,the analysis of xi "an elderly public sports service supply of supply subject,supply the content,mode,and the content of the demand characteristics,demand for xi" an elderly,observes,demand level,the supply of public sports service to xi'an to the old situation to carry on the objective evaluation,according to the problems existing in the xi 'an public sports service,based on reform of the "supply side" development strategy is put forward,so as to enhance the effective supply of xi"an elderly public sports service.The study found that(1)in terms of the supply situation,the main supply subjects of public sports services for the elderly in xi'an are the government,social organizations and market,and the government supply is the main body with insufficient content.The supply mode is either direct supply by the government or indirect supply by the government.(2)in terms of demand,the demand for public sports services for the elderly in xi'an is characterized by the coexistence of generality and individuality,the coexistence of regionality and inheritance,unity and extensiveness,large demand,diversified content,and demand levels as essential elements,one-dimensional elements,charm elements and irrelevant elements.(3)in terms of supply evaluation,there are differences in the satisfaction degree of the elderly in xi 'an to public sports services,the imbalance between supply and demand,and the advantages and disadvantages of government purchase.(4)the existing problems mainly include the homogenization tendency of public sports service,the lack of key factors,the conflict between elite supply and popular demand of the elderly,the single supply body,serious barriers to industry cooperation,and the poor expression mechanism of public sports service demands of the elderly.According to the practical problems of xi"an elderly public sports service,and puts forward the public sports service supply optimization design,first of all,pay attention to the elderly public sports service requirements,to meet the requirements,according to the characteristics of the needs of elderly purposeful supply,construction of cooperation mechanism,give play to the role of supply subject of linkage,clear demand expression mechanism,strengthen the supervision.Based on actual effect,abide by the principles of demand orientation,appropriate USES multiple subject training supply,adjust supply content to prioritize,took some pilot supply mode,the elderly group,according to health to open in view of the elderly sports related,plans to increase the effective supply of public sports service in the elderly,improve the elderly public sports service satisfaction.
