A Project Research On Sexuality Education For Adolescents In The Process Of Group Social Work

Sex is a natural physiological phenomenon of human beings,and adolescence is an important period of adolescent sexual physiological development.At this stage,adolescents are faced with growing troubles and confusion.A series of changes,including height,weight,body shape,endocrine and other physiological changes,which mainly focus on sexual maturity,will make adolescents at a loss and need the active guidance and patient care of adults.Sex education for adolescents at this important stage of life development is of great significance to the healthy growth of adolescents.On the basis of investigating the situation of adolescent sex education,this paper finds out the problems existing in the current work of adolescent sexuality education.The study takes the X community adolescent sexuality education group as an example,and uses Bandura's social learning theory under the guidance of the group work development model.The basic situation of adolescent sex education is assessed through questionnaire survey and participation observation method.The project carried out the principle of comprehensive sexuality education,and involved the work of adolescent sexuality education in four aspects:intellectual Education,physical education,esthetic education,art education and moral education.In the later stage of the project,process and outcome evaluation are used to evaluate the project design,goal attainment and service satisfaction.Finally,the author makes professional reflection on the process of intervention,draws several conclusions and puts forward professional suggestions.
