Inheritance Research On The Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction By Academician Wang Qi

Objective:Through semi-structured interview and data mining,this paper compares and analyzes the ideas and prescription medication laws of clinical treatment of erectile dysfunction between Academician Wang Qi and Professor Luo Bin,and discusses and verifies the inheritability and repeatability of famous and old traditional Chinese medicine academic ideas and experience,so as to provide new ideas and methods for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of erectile dysfunction.Method:Interview Academician Wang Qi’s academic successors and disciples to understand the inheritance characteristics,academic thought and clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of Academician Wang Qi in the process of learning with teachers,scientific research and daily life,so as to truly and reliably understand the inheritance characteristics of Academician Wang Qi’s diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction.Research on data mining of erectile dysfunction treated by Academician Wang Qi and academic successor Professor Luo BinUsing the famous doctor inheritance platform and taking erectile dysfunction as an example,this paper carries out data mining on the medical cases of Academician Wang Qi and academic successor Professor Luo Bin,and studies and arranges the academic inheritance and development of Academician Wang Qi’s diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction from the aspects of core drug analysis,drug correlation analysis and cluster analysis.Result:1.Semi structured interview researchIn this study,seven disciples and students of Professor Wang Qi were interviewed once per person,with an average duration of 1 hour/person;Seven interview manuscripts with a total of more than 50000 words were obtained,supplemented by some literature.Through the analysis of interview data and literature data by grounded theory research method,95 initial codes are obtained,30 sub categories and 3 categories are formed,which are respectively four categories:humanistic spirit,academic thought,clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics and technology for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.2.Research on data mining of erectile dysfunction treated by Academician Wang Qi and Professor Luo BinAmong 257 patients and 466 prescriptions,44 patients aged 20-29 years,accounting for 17.12%;108 cases aged 30-39 years,accounting for 42.02%;21 cases aged 50-59 years,accounting for 8.17%;4 cases over 60 years old,accounting for 1.56%;95 cases were married,accounting for 36%,98 cases were unmarried,accounting for 38%,64 cases were divorced,accounting for 24%;The symptom analysis of outpatients shows that they are not firm,premature ejaculation,firm and soon,afraid of cold,wet scrotum,loose stool,no morning puff,mental depression,decreased sexual desire and dry mouth.Through the analysis and Research on the drugs used by Academician Wang Qi and Professor Luo Bin in the treatment of erectile dysfunction,it is found that the commonly used drugs by Academician Wang Qi are Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Tribulus terrestris,bupleurum,Caulis Spatholobi,Fructus aurantii,zizaohua,centipede;Jiuxiang insect.Acorus calamus,etc;On the basis of Academician Wang Qi,Professor Luo Bin often uses licorice,Rehmannia glutinosa,red peony,Salvia miltiorrhiza,astragalus,Albizzia bark and Achyranthes bidentata.In the "statistics of four Qi and five flavors",the frequency of results from high to low is cold,warm,flat,hot,cool,sweet,bitter,pungent,sour and salty.Professor Luo Bin inherited Academician Wang Qi’s characteristics of peaceful medication.He used"cold and warm" together,and used more sexual drugs,and the five flavors of medication were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.Through the association rule analysis of Academician Wang Qi’s prescriptions for the treatment of erectile dysfunction,it can be found that the top 5 drug compatibility frequencies of Academician Wang Qi for the treatment of erectile dysfunction are Chuanxiong angelica,Chuanxiong jixueteng,Chuanxiong Tribulus terrestris,Chuanxiong Fructus aurantii and Chuanxiong bupleurum,among which the drug combination with the highest confidence is Caulis Spatholobi → chuanxiong,Fructus aurantii→ Chuanxiong and angelica,The confidence of Caulis Spatholobi→ Ligusticum chuanxiong can reach more than 0.9;Extract the core combination:Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Caulis Spatholobi,bupleurum,Fructus aurantii,Tribulus terrestris,centipede and purple shoot flower.In the analysis of association rules,Professor Luo Bin ranked the top 5 in terms of occurrence frequency:raw Rehmannia glutinosa-red peony,bupleurum-licorice,bupleurumAstragalus,bupleurum-red peony and raw Rehmannia glutinosa-Astragalus.The drug combination with the highest confidence was Salvia miltiorrhiza,Fructus aurantii→bupleurum,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,Fructus aurantii→bupleurum,and the confidence was up to 0.98.Extract the core combination:extract the core combination:bupleurum,Fructus aurantii,red peony,astragalus,angelica,Achyranthes bidentata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Albizzia bark,epimedium,Jiuxiang insect,plantain seed.Rehmannia glutinosa and licoriceBased on the drug cluster analysis of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Luo Bin in the treatment of erectile dysfunction,Academician Wang Qi’s drug cluster analysis in the treatment of erectile dysfunction extracted four core combinations:chuanxiong,angelica,Caulis Spatholobi,resveratrol,zizaohua and Bupleurum;Core combination 2:Angelica sinensis,raw oyster,Ligusticum chuanxiong,leech,crusty,licorice;Core sister 3:white fern and quinoa,Polygala tenuifolia,Phellodendron chinense,Amomum villosum,Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong;Core combination 4:cassia,angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,dodder,Sophora flavescens and Fritillaria thunbergii.Professor Luo Bin’s drug cluster analysis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction extracted four core combinations:licorice,bupleurum,medlar,plantain,Astragalus membranaceus and Rehmannia glutinosa;Core combination 2:Salvia miltiorrhiza,licorice,Rehmannia glutinosa,bupleurum,plantain seed,red peony;Core combination 3:licorice,Rehmannia glutinosa,bupleurum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Albizzia bark,red peony;Core combination 4:licorice,red peony,bupleurum.Ligusticum chuanxiong,Rehmannia glutinosa and Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion:"Humanistic spirit" can command the above categories and extract the internal driving force of "humanistic spirit" to promote academic thought;"Clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics" and "technology for the treatment of erectile dysfunction" are the embodiment of "humanistic spirit".By analyzing and summarizing the theoretical inheritance characteristics of Academician Wang Qi and Professor Luo Bin in the treatment of erectile dysfunction,it shows that the academic thought and experience of famous and old traditional Chinese medicine can be inherited and repeated.
