Clinical Observation Of Xinshentongzhuyu Decoction Combined With Shoulder Arthroscopy In The Treatment Of Primary Frozen Shoulder

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Xin Shen Tong Zhuyu decoction combined with shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder of blood stasis and qi stagnation type,and to explore the superiority of Xin Shen Tong Zhuyu decoction in the application of shoulder arthroscopy.So as to provide a reference for arthroscopy surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder.Material and method:In this study,63 patients with primary frozen shoulder(blood stasis and qi stagnation type)who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were included and excluded according to the standard and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to Doll’s clinical case random table method.All patients signed informed consent.All patients were treated with arthroscopic shoulder release under general anesthesia.The targeted treatment after operation was consistent,and the patients were guided to take unified postoperative functional exercise.The experimental group took Xin Shen Tong Zhuyu decoction each day 100 ml orally 24 hours after operation,and took it separately in the morning and evening for one month.The control group was given placebo(food pigment and bittern).Data were collected and statistically analyzed,including general information,shoulder range of motion,VAS pain score and Constant-Murley shoulder function score before operation,one week after oral administration,one month after oral administration and two months after oral administration.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and duration of disease in the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in preoperative observation indexes(P >0.05).The postoperative observation indexes of the two groups were better than those before operation,which confirmed the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic shoulder joint capsule release.2.The range of motion of shoulder joint in the two groups was improved after each follow-up survey,which proved that the symptomatic treatment after operation was effective;the improvement of range of motion of shoulder joint in the experimental group after each follow-up survey was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Before operation,there was no significant difference in VAS pain score and Constant-Murley shoulder function score between the two groups,which was not comparable;after treatment,the difference in VAS pain score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group;the improvement of constant shoulder function score in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)4.The treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated by Ridit analysis,and the results showed that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better.Conclusion:1.Arthroscopic shoulder capsular release is effective in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder.2.On the basis of surgery and symptomatic treatment,combined with oral Xin Shen Tong Zhuyu decoction,can improve the effect of postoperative treatment,relieve postoperative pain,and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
