Orthogonal Experimental Study On The Influence Of Electric Bianstone Technique On Skin Infrared Thermal Imaging And Blood Flow

Stone needle therapy is a traditional Chinese therapy in ancient times.It is a safe and effective green external treatment method.It mainly relies on its unique physical properties.With the continuous deepening of research,electric stone needle came into being.Electric stone needle is an innovation that combines traditional stone needle with modern technology.It can give full play to the physical properties of stone needle and meet the demand for efficiency.It is safe,comfortable and non-invasive.It should be further explored and promoted.PurposeObserve the effects of various electric stone needle intervention programs based on factors such as rotation speed,time,and vibration on the body’s skin infrared thermal imaging and blood flow,and explore the best solution for electric stone needle,so as to provide new ideas for the development direction of stone needle.MethodA three-factor two-level orthogonal table L8(27)was designed,and 80 healthy subjects were randomly divided into 8 groups,each with 10 cases,sign the informed consent form,and fill in the basic information.Subjects enter the laboratory with no direct sunlight,no infrared radiation,indoor and outdoor ventilated and isolated environments,sit and rest for about 5 minutes to relieve tension,and then sit on an examination chair to prepare for the test.Mark the points Neiguan(PC6)and Ximen(PC4)on the route of the pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin on on the left forearm.An instrument was used to detect the infrared thermal image and skin blood flow of the area between Neiguan(PC6)and Ximen(PC4)points before the intervention of the subjects,and record them.Electric stone needle intervention:The operator holds the Bianstone drill and moves evenly along the pericardium meridian in the direction and part of the left forearm from Quze(PC3)to Daling(PC7).During the operation,a moderate pressure perpendicular to the skin is applied,and the treatment plan of each group is strictly followed(different rotationspeed,time and vibration).Detect and record the infrared thermal image and skin blood flow of the area between Neiguan(PC6)and Ximen(PC4)immediately after the subject’s intervention.And record the data after 5 minutes,10 minutes,and 15 minutes.Finally,statistical processing is performed.ResultsThe basic situation among the groups:there is no difference in gender and age,and they are comparable.The infrared thermal imaging and skin blood flow before and after the intervention were statistically analyzed,and the results showed:1.There were significant differences between groups immediately after intervention and before intervention.All groups of infrared thermal imaging have significant statistical significance(P<0.05),showing significant changes.Except for the 5th and 6th groups,the blood flow changes immediately after the intervention were compared with those before the intervention,which were all statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Each group showed no significant after-effects after the intervention compared with before the intervention.Infrared thermal imaging and blood flow changes at 5 minutes,10 minutes,and 15 minutes after the intervention were not statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P>0.05).3.Through the analysis of the orthogonal experiment,it can be seen that the degree of influence of various factors on infrared thermal imaging is factor B(time)>factor A(rotation speed)>factor C(vibration),and the degree of influence on blood flow is factor A(rotation speed)>factor B(time)>factor C(vibration).The results of analysis of variance showed that factor A(rotation speed)and factor B(time)are significant factors affecting infrared thermal imaging and blood flow,with statistical differences(P<0.05),among which the infrared thermal imaging results show two levels of factor A(rotation speed)× factor B(time)There are statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Electric stone needle has a significant impact on the body’s infrared thermal imaging and skin blood flow immediately after intervention;2.Factor A(rotation speed)and factor B(time)are significant factors affecting body temperature and skin blood flow;3.The best tone needle programs that affect body temperature and skin blood flow are high speed(1800 rpm),long time(lasting 2 minutes),and small vibration(shock amplitude is about 0.3 cm).
