Path Analysis Of Factors Influencing The Demand For Community Medical Services For The Elderly At Home In The Community

Objective:By combing the relevant existing research and literature,this study proposed the community research to the influential factors of the elderly community medical service demand hypothesis that occupy the home,build a theoretical model,and based on the combined with the questionnaire of the elderly,constructing a structural equation model,potential factors and the relationship between each other through mining,sorting out the influence of the community elderly community medical service demand that occupy the home path,on the basis of the research conclusion,in view of the government management departments,social capital,community and family put forward relevant Suggestions,in order to satisfy the demands of the elderly health service as the foundation and guidance,to achieve community health service in the true sense of serving the people and sustainable development.Methods:1.Literature review was used to review the research progress and policy documents of domestic and foreign relevant literature,to summarize the medical service demand of the elderly for the aged in the community at home and abroad,to review the current medical demand of the elderly for the aged at home and the relevant influencing factors,etc,as the research basis of theoretical hypothesis.2.The questionnaire method is combined with the standard scale to design the questionnaire of this subject,including the basic information,economic status,health status,community health service needs and other supplementary Suggestions.After the questionnaire was modified by pre-survey,a comprehensive and systematic survey was conducted on the overall demand for community medical services for the elderly living at home in 8 communities in a district of Beijing.3.The expert consultation method employs experts to form a consultation group.In the design process of the questionnaire,relevant experts and scholars are consulted and interviewed to grasp the direction of the questionnaire.AMOS software was used to construct the structural equation model to explore the factors that affect the demand for community medical services of elderly people at home and the relationship between the influencing factors.Results:social and economic status factors,health status factors and social support factors were the risk factors for community medical service demand of the elderly.The community view factor is the protective factor of the community medical service demand of the elderly.A complex model of influencing factors of elderly community medical service demand covering 4 latent variables was constructed,and a well-fitting model was obtained by comprehensive consideration of the correction index,path coefficient P value and standardized residual.There are 8 significant pathways that affect the elderly's demand for community health services.The total effect of various variables on the elderly's community medical service demand is social support factor>socio-economic status factor>health status factor>community view factor.Among them,the social support factor has the most direct influence on the community medical service demand.Conclusion:the elderly have a strong demand for community medical services,but their medical needs are affected by many factors.We need all sectors of society to give more support and preference to the specific needs of the elderly based on influencing factors,set up special government subsidies,and improve the community pension security system.Paying attention to the social relations of the elderly and promoting the realization of the social functions of the elderly,Advocate community non-medical health interventions to improve the quality of life of the elderly,Continue to strengthen the publicity of the policy of the first medical treatment in the community to enhance the awareness of the elderly community medical treatment;Focus on the characteristics of the people in need and provide targeted services.With the joint participation of government,social capital,community and family,the health needs of the elderly can be further met and the sustainable development of community medical services can be realized.
