With the rapid development of the Internet and the technologies of 5G,AI in our country,physical medical and Internet technologies have gradually combined to carry out online medical services.With its unique advantages such as convenience and efficiency,Internet medical has gradually become a new trend in the field of medical services.Since the start of new crown pneumonia prevention work,Ping An Health,Alibaba Health,Dingxiang Doctor and other medical software have launched services such as the latest information announcements on the epidemic and free online consultations which attracted a large number of users.At the same time,the time and space barriers for medical treatment have been broken to a certain extent,and the problem that patients cannot seek medical treatment in time after their intense work and life has been solved.In the post-epidemic era,Internet medicine is booming,and its value of application should be re-evaluated.However,in the face of the sudden influx of a large number of users,the current online medical platform still cannot fully meet the various actual needs of users,and various medical software may also have problems such as system instability and delayed response from doctors.Therefore,in the context of the epidemic,studying on the service quality of Internet medical software can not only help users to understand various medical software and better choose the path of medical treatment,but also improve the ability of medical software to respond to major public health incidents,strengthen their advantages and overcome shortcomings.User reviews have made subjective or objective evaluations on online medical treatment behavior.Understanding user’s views and attitude is helpful to grasp the advantages and disadvantages of medical software in terms of function and quality.Therefore,this article takes user reviews of Ping An Health and Dingdang Kuaiyao as the research objects,which are ranked the highest in the application market a-mong many medical software.Using the web crawler method to obtain the review data of the two software during the period of January 2020 to December 2020.First of all,the LDA topic model is used to dig out the hidden information in user com-ments,it shows that Ping An Health users pay more attention to the four topics of doctor consultation,software functions,health knowledge,and epidemic protec-tion.Dingdang Kuaiyao users pay more attention to doctor consultation,customer service orders,drug purchase platforms,and delivery 5 themes of cargo service and epidemic prevention.Then,using sentiment analysis to study the positive and neg-ative emotions expressed by user reviews,building word vectors based on Word2vec,and studying the CNN-BiLSTM model based on Convolutional Neural Network(C-NN),Bi-directional Long Short-term Memory Network(BiLSTM)and fusion of the features of the two models applicability in medical review text.The comparative analysis results show that CNN-BILSTM model has the best classification effect.Finally,the text topic recognition and sentiment analysis results are carried out comprehensive discussions and in-depth exploration of user’s emotional reactions on a particular topic.Finally,on the basis of this model,a comprehensive discussion of the text topic recognition and sentiment analysis results of the two medical soft-ware is carried out,and the user’s emotional response on a specific topic is deeply explored,combined with the user’s emotional polarity distribution on each topic,re-spective advantages and disadvantages of the two medical software are understood,and reference for the development of medical software is provided.
