Objective: An observation of the clinical effect that Qinggan Jieyu Decoction on patients who with periductal mastitis(Overflow period). Methods: Sixty patients with periductal mastitis(overflow period)who met the inclusion criteria from August 2019 to August 2020 in Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with mammary duct perfusion, while the observation group was treated with oral Chinese medicine granule Qinggan Jieyu Decoction. The treatment lasted for one week for a course of treatment, totaling 2 The changes of curative effect indexes before and after treatment were observed, and the two groups were followed up three months after treatment to observe the recurrence.Results:1.In clinical manifestation, according to the quantitative classification of clinical curative effect index.there are obvious differences in nipple discharge score(P=0.000 <0.01),breast pain score(P=0.000<0.01)and breast skin temperature though score(P=0.000<0.01),which compared of before and after treatment.which proves that the control group and observation After remedy, the comparison between the control group and the observation group showed that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving nipple discharge(P=0.000<0.05)and skin temperature and skin color(P=0.002 <0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group in relieving breast pain(P=0.957> 0.05).2.In the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, there is a outstanding difference between the average score of TCM syndrome after treatment and the average score before treatment(P =0.000<0.01).Making clear of that the discomfort both groups has improved.Through treatment, the comparison of scores between the control group and the observation group shows that there is a outstanding difference between the control group and the observation group(P= 0.000<0.05).The average score of the observation group is lower than that of the control group, after treatment,.Because there is no difference between the two groups before treatment,it is proved that the observation group is superior to the control group in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.3.In terms of total curative effect, the total effective rate of the control group was 90%(27/30),while that of the observation group was 100%(30/30).There was no significant difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups(P=0.237> 0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 50%(15/30),and that of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly better than that of the control group(P = 0.000 <0.05).4.In laboratory examination, the PRL of the control group did not change significantly(P=0.327>0.05),when after treatment. While that of the observation group decreased significantly(P=0.000<0.01).The effect of PRL between the two groups was obvious different(P= 0.000<0.05).5.In terms of safety, both groups were safe. There was no danger.6.In the aspect of follow-up tracing recurrence, asking again three months after discharge is there a relapse.Four patients in the control group recidivation. With a recurrence rate of 14.814%(4/27),while no patients in the observation group recurred.Chi-square test showed that the long-term curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P=0.044 <0.05).Conclusion: Qinggan Jieyu Decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with periductal mastitis(overflow period).Combined with breast duct perfusion,it can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve TCM syndromes, and at the same time,it can reduce the recurrence rate according to the follow-up,which is beneficial to the long-term prognosis of patients.
