Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Carbuncle Sanjie Decoction Coordrat Manual Therapy For Treating Mastitis In Stasis Period

Object:Evaluating clinical effect of RuYong (type of stagnation)by manual milk treating coordinate Carbuncle Sanjie DecoctionMethod:80 suitable cases were selected. According to the contrast method and visiting sequence,all the cases were randomly assifned into 40 cases named treatmend group and 40 cases named contrast group.The treatment group were treated with manual milk coordinate carbuncle sanjie decoction while the contrast group were treated with antibiotic.And the efficiency was observed and countted after 4 days’treatment.Result:(1)Integral of the two groups’main symptoms and signs compared before and after the treatment,Integral of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and Integral of the two groups main symptoms and signs after the treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).It found that:the treatment of the treatment group could relieve the patients’pain effectively and improve pantients’with symptoms and signs.(2)Main symptoms of the two groups and integral of the main symptoms comparee before and after the treatment the milk excretion patency,the breast tenderness degree,the milk stasis agglomerate size and systemic symptoms were all significant improved(P<0.05).It showed the treatment of manual milk along with carbuncle sanjie decoction has a good therapeutic effect for RuYong.(3)According to clinical observation,total efficiency of the treatment group with manual milk coordinate carbuncle sanjie decoction was 97.5%.That of the contrast group treated in the treatment group was 85%.The treatment effect in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the contrast group(P<0.05).(4)Comparing the effective time between patients in different courses, we can find the effective time was affected by the course of disease.lt was obviously to find the duration and onset time was positively correlated with the speed in the course of treatment, which was established both in the treatment group and the control one.But the average effective time in same duration of the control group was bigger than than of the treatment group.Conclusion:(1)By observing the clinical curative effect from taking the named Carbuncle Sanjie Decoction with manual therapy to cure the stagnation of mastitis, the treatment group was more efficient and notable, the effective rate was up to 97.5%, more significiantly than the control group.(2)Carbuncle Sanjie Decoction with manual therapy is efficient and notable in healing mastitis through heat-clearing and detoxicating, breast-milk going and swelling remove, carbuncle eliminate and knot scattered, it is a safe and reliable method for treating stasis period breast carbuncle.
