Modern Literature Research On Commonly Used External Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Prevention And Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma In Remission

Objective: Through the nearly 20 years published about five kinds of commonly used Chinese medicine external treatment to study the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma period of modern literature,its treatment,acupuncture point,the statistical analysis,medication and technique content,to further standardize the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical find,medicine,and its compatibility to provide the original basis.Methods: Retrieve China hownet database(CNKI),a database of ten thousand(Wang Fang Date),weipu journal database(VIP)in full,the Chinese biomedical literature database,etc,screening into standard literature,through SPSS.26 to analyze the collected information,so as to further standardize the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical find,medicine,and its compatibility to provide the original basis.Results:1.Acupoint application: A total of 147 literatures were included.According to statistics,the top 7 acupoints in frequency are Feishu,Dingchuan,Dazhui,Shenshu,Tiantu,Pishu and Shanzhong.The top 4 channels and collaterals in frequency are foot sun bladder meridian,ren meridian,du meridian,meridian outside odd point.The top 7 drugs in the list of frequency were: Brassica sinensis,Asarum sinensis,Radix Corydalis,Ginger,Cinnamon cinnamon and Ephedra;The top 5 drugs in the list of frequency were: antiphlegmatic drugs,antitussive drugs,hydrophobic-pushing drugs,lympho-warming drugs,and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2.Acupoint injection therapy: A total of 116 literatures were included.According to statistics,the top 10 acupoints in frequency are: Feishu,Zusanli,Dingchuan,Tiantu,Shenshu,Quchi,Dazhu,Pishu,Fenglong and Fengmen;The top five meridians in frequency were: foot sun bladder meridian,foot yangming stomach meridian,foot outer odd point meridian,ren pulse meridian and shou yangming large intestine meridian.The top 4 drugs in the list of frequency were BCG polysaccharide nuclear injection,Jingxue(self-blood),Huangqi injection and Chuankezhi injection.3.Acupoint catgut embedding therapy: a total of 55 literatures were included.According to statistics,the top 5 acupoints in frequency are: Feishu,Dingchuan,Shenshu,Shanzhong and Zusanli;The top 4 meridians in frequency were: Zouyang bladder meridian,Zouyang outer qi point,Zouyangming stomach meridian and Ren meridian.There were 3 kinds of embedding suture,which were aseptic gut(89.09%),absorbable suture(9.09%)and drug gut(1.82%).Embedding length can be roughly classified into four categories: 1cm(5.45%),1cm(41.82%),1-3cm(43.64%),and unknown(9.09%).4.Acupuncture therapy: A total of 53 literatures were included.According to statistics,the top 10 acupoints in frequency are: Feishu,Dingchuan,Dazhui,Zusanli,Shenshu,Pishu,Shanzhong,Lieqian,Fenglong and Fengmen;The top 5 meridians in frequency are: Foot-sun bladder meridian,hand Taiyin lung meridian,Foot-yangming stomach meridian,Outer Qi acupoint meridian and Du meridian.The techniques of reinforcing and reducing can be classified into 6 types,which are: flat reinforcing and reducing method(26.42%),filling method(22.64%),unknown method(20.75%),combination of reinforcing and reducing method(15.09%),reducing method(7.55%),and electroacupuncture(7.55%).5.Moxibustion: a total of 52 literatures were included.According to statistics,the top 10 acupoints in frequency are: Feishu,Dazhui,Shenshu,Pishu,Fengmen,Dingchuan,Zusanli,Ghuang,Shanzhong and Guanyuan;The top five meridians in frequency were: foot sun bladder meridian,ren meridian,du meridian and foot yangming stomach meridian.There are 5 kinds of moxibustion,which are: ginger moxibustion(34.62%),mild moxibustion(32.69%),separation moxibustion(15.38%),wheat moxibustion(11.54%),and purulence moxibustion(5.77%).Conclusion:1.Acupoints selected for external treatment of bronchial asthma in remissions are mainly the foot sun bladder meridian,foot yangming stomach meridian,ren meridian and du meridian,followed by lung meridian and large intestine meridian.Acupoints are often selected as: Feishu,Dingchuan,Zusanli,Shenshu,Dazhui,Pishu,Shanzhong,Tiantu,Fengmen,Fenglong,Quchi,Gaohuang,Dazhu,Gishu and so on.2.Acupoint application is the most common external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The commonly used acupoints are Feishu,Dingchuan,Dazhui,Shenshu,Tiantu,Pishu and Shanzhong.Commonly used meridians: foot sun bladder meridian,ren meridian,du meridian,meridian outside odd points;Commonly used drugs: white mustard seed,Asarum,Gansui,Yanhuso,ginger,cinnamon,ephedra.
