With the continuous deepening of medical informatization,management systems applied in the medical field are emerging one after another,the rehabilitation medical industry is also developing rapidly,and the rehabilitation centers of secondary hospitals are gradually entering the transformation stage.In recent years,the continuous development and application of rehabilitation robots,artificial intelligence,and AR/VR technologies have strengthened the management of basic information such as outpatient appointments and medical procedures in rehabilitation institutions;aimed at the rapid development of rehabilitation robots and scattered and unsystematic clinical use data for other issues,the information management system of the rehabilitation center needs to be constantly updated.At present,the development of rehabilitation medicine in my country presents five major trends,namely,vigorously developing community rehabilitation,remote rehabilitation to facilitate the convenience of the people,high-end rehabilitation in the future,the general trend of intelligent rehabilitation,and the steady development of clinical medicine combined with rehabilitation medicine.Among them,the development of clinical medical rehabilitation can be more closely integrated with community rehabilitation.In view of the current situation where the supply of rehabilitation beds exceeds demand,community rehabilitation can meet the needs of later rehabilitation treatment.This project is based on the Rehabilitation Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with the clinical needs of the rehabilitation center to carry out system function analysis and research.Based on the training program recommendation function,this system can help patients fully understand their own treatment programs,and formulate rehabilitation training plans for patients in advance,so that patients can also conduct training and treatment systematically and efficiently in the rehabilitation institutions of the surrounding communities,reducing the cost of the rehabilitation center in the hospital.Beds are under pressure,while reducing the patient's rehabilitation costs and providing more treatment convenience.This paper mainly designs the information management system for rehabilitation medical treatment,and the research content is as follows:First,the management needs of the rehabilitation center of the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital are analyzed,and an information management platform with the core functions of the training program recommendation system is designed to help the rehabilitation center manage patient information,rehabilitation data,and rehabilitation equipment more systematically.After determining the development direction of the rehabilitation medical management system,use UML relational tools to analyze the specific needs of the system to design the web client.Secondly,carry out the detailed design of the system function modules,that is,the registration module,appointment and triage module,rehabilitation equipment management module,training program recommendation module,rehabilitation evaluation module,and medical advice module design.The basic module of this system-My SQL database system,is designed in detail,including the concept,logic,physical structure design of the database,and the main composition of the database table.In addition,the training program recommendation module puts forward a collaborative filtering algorithm based on the LSTM recurrent neural network for the research of the recommendation system based on the training method and the data characteristics of Min Ueda's evaluation value,combined with the time series problem.Select 2000 sets of training data of 20 patients provided by the rehabilitation center for model training on the Tensorflow data analysis platform,and compare the accuracy of the trained model through the test set and validation set,and obtain the composition of each stage of training that matches the patient The training program provides patients with tailor-made training programs to improve the accuracy of patient treatment.Finally,the system uses the B/S architecture to design the browser client,compiles it with Python language,and uses the MTV mode of the Web framework Django combined with HTML,css,js and other web design languages to realize the final system browser user interaction interface.The user interface also includes data visualization.This system not only improves the management efficiency of data and information in the rehabilitation center,but the added rehabilitation equipment management module and rehabilitation evaluation module in the module design pay more attention to the service quality and post-care services of the rehabilitation center,and it also shows the individual in the recovery process to the patient users.Physiological data and rehabilitation training treatment plan provide a more effective training program for patient rehabilitation.
