| As the begin of the green supply chain management,the subject of green supplier selection played a pivotal role in the performance of the green supply chain management and the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.Additionally,with the advance of the society,the decision-making environment we faced is full of complexity and uncertainty.Consequently,great importance should be paid on how to establish a scientific green supplier selection evaluation system and how to select an appropriate green supplier among alternatives under the complex and uncertain decision-making environment.In order to address these questions,we established the green supplier evaluation system form the prospective of economic criteria,social criteria as well as environmental criteria.What is more,we integrated TOPSIS and GRA under the single-valued neutrosophic environment to optimize selection of green supplier,which is on the basis of a flexible weights system.We can adjust the weights of the TOPSIS and GRA to adapt to the changeable decision-making environment,which ensures the effectiveness of the proposed method.And we extend entropy,TOPSIS,and GRA into single-valued neutrosophic environment,which is capable of better describe uncertainties in three dimensions.Finally,an example was set to prove the availability and reliability of the mixed method we proposed. |
