Research On The Ecological Red Line Delineation Of The Northern Margin Of The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Based On GIS Technology

At present,with the rapid development of economy and society,the ecological environment is destroyed seriously and the ecosystem is out of balance.In view of the ecological environment problems,our country has put forward the concept of ecological red line,which aims to establish ecological protection in the important areas of ecological service function and ecological sensitive areas/fragile areas,to maintain national ecological security and to realize the sustainable development strategy of society.Based on the technical theory of ecological red line delineation,this paper takes Qilian County as the research area and completes the demarcation of ecological red line with the help of Arcgis platform.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the location characteristics of Qilian County,12 evaluation indexes were selected from 4 aspects of topography,meteorology,soil and surface vegetation,and extracted separately under the Arcgis spatial analysis module.According to the extracted index factors,the evaluation system of ecosystem service function and ecological environment sensitivity were established.(2)When establishing the ecosystem service function evaluation system,three aspects of biodiversity,water conservation and soil and water conservation were selected to evaluate the evaluation results.The natural breakpoint method was used to divide the evaluation results into extremely important,highly important,moderately important and slightly important.(3)When establishing the ecological environment sensitivity evaluation system,two aspects of land desertification and soil erosion were selected for evaluation.The evaluation results were divided into extremely sensitive,highly sensitive,moderately sensitive and slightly sensitive by natural breakpoint method,and the extremely sensitive areas were extracted and superimposed by spatial superposition method respectively,and the extremely sensitive areas were designated as red line areas.The designated area of ecological environment sensitive red line area was 3085 km~2,accounting for 22%of the total area.(4)According to the spatial superposition analysis of the red line area of ecosystem service function,the sensitive red line area of ecological environment and the forbidden development zone,the red line area of ecological protection in Qilian County is 7678 km~2,accounting for 54.84%of the county land area.
