Background: After the application of information technology in the medical field,it is still faced with problems such as the inability to share information and the lack of unified data format,which to some extent restricts the development of information technology in the medical industry,and even aggravates the difficulty of medical treatment for patients with low education.With the proposal of medical intelligence and the continuous maturity of Internet of things technology,the application of cloud based intelligent medical system based on wireless communication technology has become a trend.In particular,the emergence and maturity of low-power wide area network technology provides technical support with lower cost,lower power consumption and more stable connection compared with traditional wireless communication technologies such as 4G and Wi Fi,making the real-time and uninterrupted monitoring function of medical data an important application field of intelligent medicine.Objective: This paper mainly hopes to propose a solution based on NB-IoT Internet of things communication technology through research.Through this scheme,the system design based on hardware and software is completed to realize the data acquisition and monitoring function of the basic physiological characteristics of patients,and to monitor and remind the infusion situation in real time.At the same time,the scheme can realize remote control of sensors based on cloud platform,real-time query and monitoring of medical data.Methods: According to the requirements of medical data monitoring function and the technical indicators of various hardware devices,the overall design of the system is carried out.For the main control and data transmission equipment,STM32 series micro control unit(MCU)of Italy France semiconductor and bc35 series NB-IoT communication module of China Mobile are selected,both of which have low power consumption and high stability.For the sensor part,the XML90614 series temperature sensor of melexis,MAX31002 series blood oxygen sensor of Maxim integrated products and 555 timer are selected.The software part builds a cloud data platform based on the real-time operating system liteos.Medical data monitoring and control based on cloud platform sends commands to MCU through NB-IoT communication module,and finally commands each sensor terminal to start working.At the same time,each sensor terminal sends the collected physiological monitoring data to the micro control unit(MCU),and transmits the data to the cloud platform through the NB-IoT communication module.The system allows patients and medical staff to query and monitor data through the cloud data platform.Results: The monitoring system designed in this subject can measure and report the patient’s body temperature,blood oxygen saturation and infusion fluid.The system test shows that the time error is ± 2 seconds,the average time interval of real-time data uploading is 7.136 seconds,the average power consumption of NB-IoT terminal is less than 0.12 W,and the maximum power consumption is less than 0.48w;The liteos based cloud system makes medical data visual and readable.Conclusion: The design basically conforms to the characteristics of NB-IoT module,such as low power consumption,wide coverage,small data volume and low cost,and achieves the expectation.The intelligent medical monitoring system based on NB-IoT realizes the remote visualization of medical data,enables patients and medical staff to master the physiological conditions of patients in real time,and reduces the communication cost and time between doctors and patients to a certain extent.
