| As the state encourages private capital to enter private medical institutions,more and more private medical institutions have emerged.Private hospitals are streamlined,involve simple medical subjects,and have outstanding advantages in professional services and professional medical care.However,in recent years,the threshold for the establishment of various specialized medical institutions has been lowered,and multiple parties compete for limited doctor resources.The phenomenon of “getting the best” has become more and more serious,which has led to the inability of private medical institutions to achieve effective human resource management,thus increasing the mobility of personnel in private medical institutions and serious brain drain,which has become an important factor restricting development.This paper takes the optimization of the salary plan of PR Hospital as the theme.Through the interview method and the questionnaire method,it collects the opinions or suggestions of the survey respondents on the existing salary plan,and diagnoses and analyzes the problems and causes of the existing salary plan.,how to solve the problems existing in the existing scheme through the optimization of compensation scheme.By collecting and sorting out the problems,and analyzing the causes of the problems through the literature method.Secondly,in view of the existing problems,determine the optimization goals,principles and ideas.On the basis of job value evaluation,combined with the survey of the salary level of the same industry,optimize the existing salary plan from the aspects of salary level,salary structure,salary composition,etc.Add skill wages and implement multiple wages for one post.Improve the welfare system;and through the comparison of the salary plan before and after,calculate the increase ratio of the optimization plan to ensure that the labor cost is within the controllable range,and finally put forward the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the salary plan. |
