A modernized and information-based medical emergency system is an important part of promoting the county-level medical community and strengthening the construction of smart hospitals.Making full use of the best rescue time can maximize the protection of the life and health of people,while the traditional first aid work stays at the level of simple treatment and patient transfer,which restricts the improvement of the quality of prehospital first aid.Based on the information construction project of the medical community in Yongsheng County,this thesis designs and implements a pre-hospital emergency system in view of the weak connection between systems and serious information islands in traditional emergency management.In this thesis,through the investigation of the actual situation of medical emergency in the county,the system is divided into five modules:real-time monitoring large screen,task management,resource management,ambulance recommendation,and system comprehensive management.The real-time monitoring large screen is used for largescreen display in the emergency command center to monitor the status of ambulances in the county in real time.It can obtain the real situation of the emergency task and the location of ambulances,conduct audio and video calls with ambulances,and view realtime physical signs and medical record information of patients.Task management mainly realizes emergency monitoring,issues emergency task notification to emergency points,and records historical emergency task and hospital location.Resource management is to manage ambulances and on-board medical equipment.Ambulance recommendation analyzes the collected emergency task data,and uses K nearest neighbor method,support vector machine,and convolutional neural network respectively to build models to recommend ambulances for emergency tasks.By comparing the accuracy and usability of the recommended results of each model,the recommendation effect of convolutional neural network is better.System comprehensive management mainly realizes user information management,role rights assignment,SQL monitoring,system log recording,etc.,to ensure the security of system operation.Each module cooperates with each other to jointly realize the intelligentization and informatization of medical emergency.This system adopts the design idea of separating the front-end and the back-end to reduce the coupling degree and improve the development efficiency.The front-end uses the Vue.js framework,and the back-end uses the Spring Boot framework.In terms of data storage,MySQL and Redis are used to meet the needs of different scenarios.The MySQL database stores basic business data and real-time dynamic information data,and Redis is used as a cache database to improve the response speed of the system.The research in this thesis realizes the integration of information and resources of pre-hospital and in-hospital during the medical emergency process,and improves the efficiency of county medical emergency,which has practical significance.
