With the development of the society,the scope of the medical insurance fund in our country is expanding,which has more and more influence on People’s daily life.After the institutional reform,the National Medical Security Bureau has issued a series of medical insurance fund supervision policies,and vigorously carried out special rectification actions such as combating fraud and insurance fraud.However,the development of medical insurance fund supervision is different in various regions,and there are still many cases where the supervision is not perfect.How to optimize the supervision system of medical insurance fund is an important means to improve the supervision level of medical insurance fund.Firstly,the thesis introduces the current situation of medical insurance fund supervision in Q District,analyzes its existing problems by using the methods of literature analysis,data analysis and comparative analysis,and looks for the existing problems of medical insurance fund supervision in Q district from the fund supervision data and staff interview records of the medical insurance audit department of Q district medical insurance bureau Based on the theory of induced demand,carry out analysis and research,learn from the experience of medical insurance fund supervision in advanced areas such as Tianjin,and combined with the reality of Q District,put forward relevant suggestions to optimize the supervision of medical insurance fund,further improve the management level of medical insurance fund in Q District,improve the efficiency of fund supervision,and ensure the safe operation of the fund.After analysis and research,the thesis summarizes the problems in three aspects: supervision subject,supervision object and supervision mode.After data collection and comparative analysis of the three aspects one by one,it finds the reasons in four aspects: the low level of medical insurance fund supervision informatization and the imperfect supervision system in Q District,and finally puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.In the research process of the thesis,drawing on the excellent experience of medical insurance fund supervision at home and abroad,combined with the theory of information asymmetry,the theory of induced demand and the practice of medical insurance fund supervision in Q District,the thesis puts forward the use of information supervision means to promote the construction of the rule of law of medical insurance fund supervision,improve the construction of social credit system in the field of medical insurance Suggestions on fund supervision,such as enhancing the responsibility consciousness of the supervision subject and the supervision object.Continuously optimize the information exchange channels among medical insurance agencies,medical institutions and insured patients,improve the awareness of the supervision and rule of law of the supervision objects,gradually guide the whole society to participate in the supervision of medical insurance funds,and provide support for the effectiveness of medical insurance fund supervision.
