Objective: Explore the occurrence of sports injury of the National Women’s basketball team during the preparation period for the Olympic Games and its relationship with the elimination of exercise load and exercise fatigue,it provide a theoretical basis for scientifically regulating exercise load and eliminating exercise fatigue to the greatest extent, effectively reducing the risk of sports injury of athletes in training and competition and improving the competitiveness of the National Women’s basketball team in the international basketball arena.Method: Fifteen athletes from the national women’s basketball team during the Olympic preparation period from mid-March 2021 to mid-July 2021 were selected as the research objects.Use Polar Team2 software and matching heart rate belt to collect 15players’ daily resting heart rate before training and dynamic heart rate during training and competition, training impulse/training stimulation volume(TRIMP)and daily exercise fatigue elimination value;Issue the "Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center Overuse Injury Questionnaire "(OSTRC-O2)once a week to collect and record the specific sports injury of15 athletes, and immediately conduct interview and communication to determine and distinguish different injury conditions, and immediately conducts interviews and communication to determine and distinguish different injuries;daily records of RPE values of training competitions(RPE scale level(CR-10 scale))),and calculate the s RPE value in combination with the daily training time(s RPE value = exercise time(min)* RPE(0-10)).The above data were continuously monitored for 16 weeks.Relevant data were sorted by Excel 2010 software, and processed and analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:1.Sports injuries: a total of 187 cases of sports injury were monitored, and the injury risk was about 24.32 times / 1000 h.From the point of view of the injury site: The knee joint has the most, accounting for 34.8%,followed by the ankle joint, accounting for17.6%;in terms of the nature of the injury: 154 cases of overuse injury, the injury risk is about 20.03 times/1000 h,and the average weekly sickness The average weekly prevalence of overuse injuries was 31.6% for the knee and 13.9% for the ankle. There were 33 cases of acute injury, and the injury risk was about 4.29 times/1000 h.The ankle, knee, and finger injuries were 7 cases,6 cases, and 7 cases respectively. From the position of the injured players: sports injury records and overuse injuries of forward athletes The record is the most, the center and the defender are basically the same;from the perspective of the sports level of the injured players: there is a significant difference in the number of sports injuries and overuse injuries between international athletes and athletes(P=0.047<0.05),(P=0.043<0.05),there was no significant difference in the number of cases of acute injury(P=0.328>0.05).2.The characteristics of exercise load and exercise fatigue elimination: the two types of exercise load recording methods s RPE and TRIMP were significantly positively correlated(r=0.979,P<0.05);during the 16-week Olympic Games preparations, the technical and tactical training load and physical training load and competition/simulation competition There were significant differences in load(P=0.000<0.05).The weekly average exercise fatigue elimination index during the entire Olympic preparation period showed a slight downward trend, but the fluctuation range was stable. The average of the 16-week overall exercise fatigue elimination index was 49.7%.3.The relationship between sports injury risk, exercise load, and exercise fatigue elimination: sports injury risk, overuse injury risk, acute injury risk and weekly load were not significantly correlated(P>0.05);sports injury risk, overuse injury risk, acute injury risk There was no significant correlation between injury risk and weekly load changes(P>0.05);the weekly average score of overuse injury severity was significantly positively correlated with weekly load(r=0.458,P=0.048);sports injury risk, overuse injury The risk was significantly correlated with the acute and chronic workload ratio with four-week chronic workload(ACWR4)(r=0.769,P=0.018<0.05;r=0.867,P=0.002<0.05);acute injury risk and acute and chronic workload ratio(ACWR)had no significant correlation(P>0.05);there was no significant correlation between the risk of sports injury and the elimination of exercise fatigue(r=-0.123,P=0.651>0.05);the elimination of exercise fatigue was significantly negatively correlated with exercise load(r=-0.54,P=0.031<0.05).Conclusion:1.During the Olympic preparation period, the sports injuries of national women’s basketball players were mainly overuse injuries, and the injuries were concentrated in the knee and ankle joints. The forward position athletes had the most injuries, and the injury risk of international athletes was significantly higher than that of elite athletes.2.Increased exercise load will increase the severity of overuse injuries in sports injuries and prolong the time to eliminate exercise fatigue.3.There is a significant correlation between the risk of sports injury and the acute-chronic workload ratio with four weeks as the chronic workload, and the correlation is the highest, especially the risk of overuse injury, and the injury risk is the lowest when the acute-chronic workload ratio is close to 1.01. |
