The means of rehabilitation treatment after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction directly affect the motor function of patients’ knee joint. In this paper, neuromuscular electrical stimulation training combined with motor rehabilitation training is applied to the rehabilitation treatment of patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction to help patients recover the motor function of knee joint and provide more safe and effective rehabilitation methods for the rehabilitation treatment after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, test, expert interview and mathematical statistics to explore the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation training combined with sports rehabilitation training on the recovery of knee motor function in 18 patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. In the recovery of knee joint motor function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, the method of one-way ANOVA was used to explore the recovery of knee joint motor function after three stages of exercise rehabilitation training in the early, middle and late stages; In patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with different gender, age and exercise habits before injury, the independent sample t-test was used to explore the recovery of knee motor function of these three different patients after exercise rehabilitation training. The results showed that: the results of leg muscle circumference, knee range of motion,Lysholm knee function score,IKDC knee evaluation, eye closed one foot standing test and y-balance test were significantly improved, and the motor function of knee joint was well recovered; At 8 weeks after operation, the patients can return to basic daily life and work.At 12 weeks after operation, the motor function of the knee joint has been significantly improved and can be involved in safe and easy sports; After exercise rehabilitation training,it was found that these three factors had a slight impact on the recovery of knee joint motor function, but would not have a significant impact. After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, patients should recover the ability of knee extension, knee flexion and supporting load-bearing through sports rehabilitation training in time, and can apply some auxiliary training tools to help patients recover the function of leg muscle femur, knee joint mobility and support,so as to promote the effect of sports rehabilitation training and achieve the role of half effort; The function strengthening training of adjacent joints can improve the ability of adjacent joints to cooperate with knee joint to participate in activities, reduce the burden of knee joint, help knee joint accelerate the recovery of motor function, and effectively avoid secondary injury or complications; In addition,in the process of sports rehabilitation training,we should pay timely attention to the state of mind of patients, help patients establish correct rehabilitation awareness and rehabilitation confidence, and then avoid patients from reducing the effect of sports rehabilitation training due to various factors; At present, the public’s cognition of sports rehabilitation is still lagging behind. It is recommended that doctors check out the importance of sports rehabilitation in time after injuries,so as to make patients pay attention to preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation treatment. At the same time, add a little knowledge of sports protection and physical education and exercise in the common sense billboards of communities and hospitals, and make it clear that only reasonable participation in physical exercise can maintain good health,Guide the public to correctly understand the relationship between sports and medicine,so as to promote the development of sports rehabilitation and practice the integration of sports and medicine.
