The surgery department is the core department of the hospital.How to schedule medical staff and medical resources reasonably has a major impact on the efficient operation of hospital medical activities,the reduction of hospital medical costs and the improvement of patient satisfaction.Therefore,a reasonable and efficient scheduling method is urgently needed to absorb and alleviate the uncertain disturbance of the operation time,so that the preoperative decision-making and scheduling plan can fully consider and meet the needs of patients and their families for the attending doctor,medical resources and operation time.However,currently,there are few studies that incorporate the preferences of elective patients and their families into decision-making.Most of them only consider the preferences of elective patients.In addition,insufficient attention has been paid to the uncertainty of the duration of surgery.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this thesis has carried out a research on the robust scheduling planning problem driven by the preference of patients and their families,taking full consideration of the selection preferences and the uncertainty of the duration of the operation.The specific research contents are as follows:The first issue is the decision-making problem of attending doctor.This thesis is based on the choice of the attending doctor.Herein,this thesis proposed a hybrid method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),prospect theory and fuzzy technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)based on fuzzy preference relations to rank candidate attending doctors.This method takes into account the limited rationality and risk preference of decision makers,guarantees the authenticity of decision-making,and avoids the unscientificity of results caused by the subjectivity of managers.To perform the validation of the proposed methodology,an illustrated case is selected in this thesis.The second issue is the robust multi-objective surgical scheduling for elective patients when the duration of surgery is uncertain.In order to minimize the operating room setup cost,the overtime and cancelation cost of surgery and maximize patient preferences,a deterministic model of operation scheduling is established firstly.Then,the assumption of duration of surgery is relaxed,and the uncertainty of demand is incorporated into the model through polyhedron uncertainty set.The uncertain budget is introduced to reflect the conservative degree of managers and scheduling models,and a two-stage robust optimization model is established.In order to facilitate the solution,the dual theory is used to transform the two-stage model into a mixed integer programming problem which is easy to solve,and the C&CG algorithm is used to solve it.In the experiment,the influence of different uncertain budget values on the decision results is analyzed. |
