This paper, which has an aim to optimize the optimal solution, is deal with controlling on occupational hazard in offset sprint workshop under several multi-attribute decision making methods. First step is analyzing the current situation of decision making methods utilization, and occupational hazard and control measures in sprinting process. Then, take one offset sprint workshop, whose main occupational hazardous factors are toxic chemicals, as an example. Make group decision by using the way of brain storming to build a system of evaluation. Use analytic hierarchy process to define the weight of each index. Make a model to decide an optimal solution, which is measure of partial ventilation & gas defense mask & warning label of occupational hazard, from several visible ones by TOPSIS method.By checking and analyzing, the ultimate solution is approved to be a scientific and feasible and general one. There are lots of mature and comprehensive multi-attribute decision making methods. It's beneficial for development by applying suitable methods on occupational hazard controlling field. Optimizing control solutions by multi-attribute decision making methods can avoid the error made by decision makers'subjective judgment, and make a correct conclusion with objective data and professional experience. The decision making methods can be adjusted and improved to get more suitable ones to using in controlling occupational hazard field by researching on examples.
