Clinical Evaluation Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Qian Mi Tong In The Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis/chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objectives: In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Qianmi Tong tablets on patients with chronic prostatitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis and the effects on IL-10 and PGE2 in EPS,provide support for clinical application.Methods : This trial adopts a randomized,controlled design.On the basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 patients with chronic prostatitis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis were screened out.Patients were split into treatment group and control group randomly,and 36 cases in each group.The experimental group received electroacupuncture combined with Qianmitong tablets;the control group received sham electroacupuncture combined with Qianmitong tablets treatment.After 4 weeks treatment,observe and compare the scores of NIH-CPSI,TCM syndrome of the two groups before and after treatment,and test the Lec,WBC,IL-10,PGE2 in EPS content changes to evaluate the efficacy.After the test data was collected,SPSS23.0was used for analysis,and P<0.05 indicated statistical significance.Results: Both groups defused NIH-CPSI,CPSI pain,TCM syndrome score,and lower the directory of IL-10 and PGE2 in EPS,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Both groups could ameliorate the counts of Lec and WBC in EPS(P<0.05),but there was no conspicuous difference in the counts of Lec and WBC between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).The treatment group total effective rate was 91.18%,and the markedly effective rate was 73.53%.The control group total effective rate was 84.85%,and the markedly effective rate was 45.45%.The clinical effectiveness of the treatment group is statistically better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusions: The effection of electroacupuncture combined with Qianmi Tong tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis is definite.It can noticeably reduce patients’ NIH-CPSI score,CPSI pain score,TCM syndrome score,Lec,WBC,IL-10,PGE2 count in EPS.It can be used as a comprehensive treatment for chronic prostatitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
