| Objective: 1.In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder on recurrent psoriasis vulgaris,and observed the effect of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder on the levels of Th1 and Th2 cell-related downstream cytokines IFN-γ and IL-4 in the peripheral blood of patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris,and explored the therapeutic mechanism of this empirical prescription in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide strong data support and theoretical guidance for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with traditional Chinese medicine and prevention of recurrence.2.In this study,we compared the expression levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the peripheral blood of patients with blood-heat recurrent psoriasis vulgaris and healthy volunteers to reveal some microscopic material basis about blood-heat syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris.Method: 1.Experimental group: 15 patients with recurrent psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome);control group(healthy group): 10 healthy volunteers.The experimental group was treated with Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder for 8 weeks and followed up every 2 weeks.PASI score,pruritus score,quality of life score(DQOLS)and adverse events were compared before and after treatment to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Fasting venous blood was drawn from the subjects before enrollment and 8weeks after treatment.The expression levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the peripheral blood of the subjects were detected by liquid suspension chip technology,and the differences in the expression of the indicators between psoriasis patients and the healthy group were compared and analyzed;the regulatory effects of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder on IFN-γ and IL-4 in the peripheral blood were analyzed by comparing the changes in the contents of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the peripheral blood before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,PASI score,lesion area(BSA),pruritus score and quality of life score(DQOLS)in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in various indicators before and after treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).No significant adverse events occurred during the trial.The detection results of liquid suspension chip technology showed:(1)A nalysis of cytokine IFN-γ expression level: Before treatment,the cytokine IFN-γ level in the peripheral blood of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group(P < 0.05);after treatment with modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder,the cytokine IFN-γ level in the experimental group was lower than that before treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);its expression level had statistical significance compared with the healthy group(P <0.05).(2)A nalysis of cytokine I L-4 expression level: There was no significant difference in peripheral blood cytokine IL-4 level between the experimental group and the healthy group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Correlation analysis: There was no significant correlation between peripheral blood cytokines IFN-γ and IL-4 and their corresponding PASI scores,BSA(%),degree of pruritus,and DQOLS in psoriasis patients before and after treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion: Modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder can effectively treat blood-heat psoriasis vulgaris.The high expression of IFN-γ cytokine is involved in the pathogenesis of blood-heat psoriasis vulgaris.The high level of IFN-γ cytokine may be an immunological factor that predisposes to the recurrence of blood-heat psoriasis vulgaris.IFN-γ cytokine may be a microscopic indicator of blood-heat psoriasis vulgaris.The therapeutic mechanism of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder may be to down-regulate the relative expression levels of IFN-γ cytokines.The normal expression of IFN-γ cytokines is important for the maintenance of stability of the immune system,and continuous inhibition of IFN-γ cytokine overexpression may be able to prolong the remission period of psoriasis and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of psoriasis recurrence.IL-4 cytokines do not play a prominent role in recurrent psoriasis. |
