Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With The Complication Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Obstruction) Based On The Theory Of "Stagnant In Stomach And Stop

Objective: Based on the theme of " Stagnant in Stomach and Stopping in Lung",the study is conducted to treat acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the complication of gastroesophageal reflux disease(Qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome)with decoction of Jupi zhuru combined with cangzhu erchen decoction.so as to provide clinical basis for special prescriptions for clinical diseases.Methods: Include 60 individuals from Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who were diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute aggravating period with gastroesophageal reflux disease.they were split into test group and control group stochastic.control group was given conventional therapy,the test group treats was added on the combination of Jupi zhuru decoction combined with cangzhu erchen decoction.The course of treatment was for 4 weeks.the observation period was for 1 year.during the period of observation,two groups of curative effective and safety indicators were collected.At last,the statistics of subject are analyzed by SPSS23.0.Results:(1)during the previous period of therapy,there were no notable differences between the two groups in sex,lifetime,process,m MRC grade,CAT points,white blood cell and neutrophil count,CRP,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,general and individual points of TCM symptoms,whole score and separate score of Gerd Q,and the frequency of acute exacerbation of COPD in the anterior year(P>0.05).(2)After three days of treatment,the values of CRP,the count of white blood cell and neutrophil in test group were notably decreased than those in control group(P<0.01).(3)After four weeks of treatment,the Overall efficient frequency of the test group was obviously superior than that of the control group,93.3% in the test group and 73.3% in the control group(P<0.01).The enhancement of lung function in terms of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,CAT points,overall points of TCM symptoms,single score,whole counts of Gerd Q and individual score in test group was greater than that in control group 2021(P<0.01).(4)After one year of follow-up,the acute exacerbations in the test group was notably declined with the comparison to those of before(P<0.01),while there was no difference in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).With the comparison to control group,the test group was finer than the control group in lessening COPD acute exacerbations(P<0.01).(5)on the whole period of treatment,the vital signs of patients,three major routines including blood,urine and stool,liver and kidney function,and ECG are all normal Conclusion: Jupi zhuru decoction combined with cangzhu erchen decoction in the treatment of AECOPD combined GERD(Qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome)are effective.they benefit lung spleen and stomach qi,fall inverse cough expectorant effect,which are based on the theoretical study of " Stagnant in Stomach and Stopping in Lung" of TCM.In clinical experimentation,they can significantly improve symptoms.making reference to cough,phlegm,difficulty in breathing,voluntary perspiring,bloat belly,heartburn,reflux,insomnia and so on.they can also quickly control infection,reduce inflammation and significantly reduce the number of acute exacerbation of COPD.
