| Purpose: by observing the three internal and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)chronic kidney soup operation stability(I,II)(spleen kidney empty,phlegm turbidity resistance),compared with liquid gold treasure capsule oral therapy,to make an obje ctive evaluation of the safety of its effectiveness,for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(c opd)plateau(I class II)providing treatment of early treatment.Method: In changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital pulmonary dis ease in the clinic patients to select 72 cases in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)stabilization(I,II)(spleen kidney empty,phlegm turbidity resistance)in patients with diagnos tic criteria,randomized,Chinese traditional medicine group 36 cases,giving Chinese medicin e medicinal broth three art kidney soup(150 ml,2 times a day,morning and evening)oral;C ontrol group 36 cases,the goldwater treasure capsule,3 times a day,every time 3 time,4 wee ks after treatment,sorting data,by observing the symptom before and after treatment the CAT scores and FEV1 % change,statistics of two groups of patients with syndromes of integral,ap plication SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,to evaluate the effect of two gro ups of drugs.Result: 1.In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect: the curative effect of tradition al Chinese medicine: Chinese traditional medicine group 36 cases,the total effective rate 91.67%,markedly effective rate was 77.38%;Control group the total effective rate 80.56%,mark edly effective rate was 50%.The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group was o bviously better than the control group.In terms of the efficacy of the main disease and sicknes curative effect: compared with the control group,After comparison,the P value was less than0.05,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the contro l group.2.The efficacy of western medicine: before and after the CAT scoring treatment,the c omparison was statistically tested.Both groups were less than 0.05,and both groups could im prove the symptoms and reduce the score.Among the groups,P=0.01 < 0.05,the two groups were statistically significant,and the Chinese medicine group was superior to the control grou p.FEV1 % improvement: there is no change after statistics test P = 0.479 > 0.05,Chinese me dicine group and control group no difference.Conclusion: By three internal and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(c opd)chronic kidney soup operation stability(I,II)(spleen kidney empty,phlegm turbidity resi stance)compared with liquid gold treasure capsule,the scores in total efficacy determination,improve has very obvious advantage,worthy of clinical application and spread. |
