Clinical Observation Of Zhongfeng Xingnao Liquid Combined With Calculus Bovis Cultured In Vitro In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke With Disturbance Of Consciousness

Objective: to treat the patients with acute ischemic stroke consciousness disorder by using apoplexy wake up liquid and in vitro cultivation of Niu huang.The observation results were observed.The collected data were analyzed and the synergistic effect of the two drugs on the protection of nerve function was evaluated.Methods: this project included 50 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in emergency department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine.The first time was from October 2019 to August2020,and 50 patients with different types and manifestations of consciousness disorder were randomly divided into two groups.There were 25 patients in the trial group and 25 in the control group Because the experimental group fell off 2,the total number of people who completed the group used the standard treatment study was 48.The control of Western medicine plus apoplexy brain refreshing liquid.The experimental group on the basis of the control group plus in vitro cultivation of bezoar,the total treatment days were 14 days.Two of the patient sets were compared to the National Stroke Research Inst.of NIHSS,Glasgow Coma Scale and Non-Response Study with CRS-R by rating the eradication of TCM syndrome,all classes of performance.Results: the total effective rate of the experimental group was91.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.00%.The data between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05);Fourteen days after therapy,the data of the pilot group before and after therapy were to be compared.the NIHSS score,TCM symptoms score,and GCS score,all four were compared The difference between the score and the CRS-R score was statistically significant.(P < 0.05);Fourteen days after therapy,the data before and after treatment in the control group were compared,NIHSS score,symptom score of TCM,GCS The difference between scores,fours scores and CRS-R scores was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Fourteen days after therapy,the data before therapy in the pilot group were compared with those of the control group.In this,the differences between NIHSS score and TCM symptoms scores of "language","finger paralysis" and "toe paralysis" were not statistically significant The difference of GCS,four,crs-r,and the items of "Shenzhi" in the symptom scores of TCM were statistically significant(P < 0.05).
