Characteristic Analysis Of Different TCM Constitution Types And Accommodative Facility Of Myopia Children And Adolescents Aged 6-15

Objective:To explore the characteristics of different TCM Constitution Types and accommodative facility of 6-15-year-old myopia children and adolescents.Method: Children and adolescents aged 6-15 who were treated in the department of refractive ophthalmology of Yinhai ophthalmology hospital affiliated to chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from september 2020 to november 2020 were selected as the research objects.The eyes with the highest degree were selected as the research eyes.95 children with myopia with ophthalmoscopic degree ≥-0.50 D were included in this study.Determine the constitution type through the TCM constitution classification and judgment table,use the electronic reverse beat to measure the accommodative facility,and finally use SPSS 26.0 to analyze the data.Results:1.Compared with different diopters in different age groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It can be considered that the proportion of high myopia(50.0%)in the 13-15-year-old group was significantly higher than that in the 6-9-year-old group(17.2%)and the 10-12-year-old group(16.0%).2.There was significant difference in accommodative facility between different ages(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between 6-9 years old group(9.13 ±2.93)and 13-15 years old group(12.16 ± 3.79)(P < 0.05);There was no difference in accommodative facility among the other groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the measured value of accommodative facility between different gender and different diopter groups(P > 0.05).3.There was significant difference in diopter between different TCM Constitution groups(P < 0.05).It can be considered that the proportion of medium and high myopia in patients with Pianpo Zhi constitution(40.9%)is significantly higher than that in patients with Pinghe Zhi constitution(16.4%).There was no significant difference in TCM constitution between different genders and between different age groups(P >0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the accommodative facility between different TCM constitution groups(Pinghe Zhi,Pianpo Zhi)(p > 0.05).Conclusion:1.There was no difference in accommodative facility between groups with different diopters;2.TCM constitution is closely related to the development of myopia;3.There was no difference in the measured value of accommodative facility between different TCM Constitution groups(Pinghe Zhi,Pianpo Zhi).
