ObjectiveThrough the collection of ancient and modern literature,this paper explores the dialectical points and treatment rules of threatened abortion,fetal restlessness and habitual abortion of kidney deficiency type.Methods1.Ancient literature research: consult the relevant literature before the Song Dynasty,the song,Jin,yuan and Ming and Qing Dynasties,and summarize the name,etiology,treatment principles and methods of the disease.2.Clinical literature research in recent 20 years: by searching the modern literature on kidney tonifying method for the prevention and treatment of kidney deficiency threatened abortion,fetal restlessness and habitual abortion in China knowledge resource database(CNKI),Weipu database,Wanfang database and China biomedical database(CBM)in recent 20 years,formulate the acceptance standard,set the search words,and sort out and analyze the retrieved literature,and establish literature database.Results(1)Ancient literature research1.Threatened abortion and fetal restlessnessThe collected ancient prescriptions mostly used antaiyin to treat threatened abortion and fetal restlessness.The high-frequency drugs were chinese Angelica,Szechwan Lovage Rhizome,Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome and Radix Glycyrrhizae.The drugs were mainly warm(55.08%)and flat(21.41%),and the drug taste was mainly sweet(36.80%)and bitter(29.31%),mainly belonging to the liver and spleen meridian.2.Habitual abortionMost of the ancient prescriptions collected were Qianjin Baoyun pill and Taishan Panshi powder for the treatment of habitual abortion.The high-frequency drugs were chinese Angelica,Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome,Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and Prepared Rehmannia Root.The drugs were mainly warm(63.41%)and flat(18.38%),and the drugs were mainly sweet(39.43%)and pungent(27.17%),mainly belonging to the liver,spleen and kidney meridian.(2)Clinical literature research in recent 20 years1.Threatened abortion Bushen Antai formula.The drug is mainly mild,the taste is mainly sweet and bitter,and the meridians are mainly liver,kidney and spleen meridians.2.Habitual abortion of kidney deficiency typeCombined with ancient and modern literature,habitual abortion mostly occurs in about three months of pregnancy,and often falls pregnant.Its pathogenesis is mostly kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The common syndrome types are kidney deficiency and blood stasis,spleen and kidney deficiency and kidney yang deficiency;Clinically,it is mostly treated with Bushen Huoxue Recipe and Jiawei Shoutai Pill.The time of treatment is more than that of previous abortion.The drug is mainly mild,the drug taste is mainly sweet,bitter and hot,and the menstruation is mainly attributed to the liver,kidney and spleen meridians.
