【Objective】:To investigate the distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution,menstrual history and pregnancy history of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation dysfunction in childbearing age,and to study the relationship between the distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution and its influencing factors,so as to provide new prevention and treatment ideas for Chinese medicine in solving dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to ovulation disorder in childbearing age women.【Methods】:From January 2020 to January 2021,patients with aub-o were collected from the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine.A cross-sectional survey was conducted to fill in the questionnaire of women of childbearing age,Pittsburgh sleep quality index and TCM Constitution questionnaire.The collected questionnaire results were quantified and entered into the numerical data for statistical analysis.【Results】:1.A total of 201 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation dysfunction in childbearing age were collected.2.The distribution of TCM Constitution of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients with ovulation disorder in childbearing age: 23 patients with mild constitution accounted for 11.4%,and 88.6% were biased.Among them,41 patients with qi stagnation constitution accounted for 20.4%,32 patients with blood stasis constitution accounted for 15.9%,28 patients with damp heat constitution accounted for 13.9%,23 patients with Yin deficiency constitution accounted for 11.4%,22 patients with Yang deficiency constitution accounted for 10.9%,20 patients with phlegm dampness constitution accounted for 10.0%,12 patients with Qi deficiency constitution accounted for 6.0%.3.There were 28 people with high school education,accounting for 13.9%,63 people with college education,31.3% and 110 people with bachelor degree or above,accounting for 54.7%.There were 23 manual workers,accounting for 11.4%,140 mental workers,accounting for 69.7%,and 38 non professional workers,accounting for 18.9%.4.Among them,116 people with normal body shape accounted for 57.7%,50 people with thin body accounted for 24.9%,25 people with fat body accounted for12.4%,and 10 people with fat body accounted for 4.48%.5.48 cases were not special preference for diet,while the other 153 patients had the food preference;71 people were hot and spicy,accounting for 35.3%;46 people were cold,accounting for 22.9%;22 people were on sweet food,accounting for10.9%;14 people were eating fat and sweet food,accounting for 7.0%.6.33 patients(16.4%)had previous premenstrual and 52 patients had previous postmenstrual.41 people had more menstruation(20.4%),21 people had less menstruation(10.4%),38 cases(18.9%)had prolonged menstruation and 33 cases(16.4%)had menstruation longer than 15 days.7.93 people had no previous pregnancy,accounting for 46.3%,41 people had one pregnancy,accounting for 20.4%,41 people had two pregnancies,accounting for20.4%,26 people had more than three pregnancies,accounting for 12.9%.There were124 patients with no abortion,accounting for 61.7%,and 77 patients with abortion history,accounting for 38.3%.Among them,42 patients had one abortion,accounting for 20.9%,23 patients had two abortions,accounting for 11.4%,and 12 patients had more than three abortions,accounting for 6.0%.8.In this survey,66 patients with good sleep quality accounted for 32.8%,84 patients with good sleep quality accounted for 41.8%,51 patients with poor sleep quality accounted for 25.4%.Among them,119(59.2%)were generally stressed,36(15.9%)were less stressed and 46(22.9%)were more stressed.In this survey,82 patients with normal emotions accounted for 40.8%,53 patients with daily irritability accounted for 26.4%.46 people were usually sentimental,accounting for 22.9%,and20 people were usually timid,accounting for 10.0%.9.There were significant differences in BMI,pregnancy history,abortion history,pressure,menstrual history,sleep,emotion and diet(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in occupation,education background and menarche age(P>0.05).【Conclusions】1.The predisposing constitution of aub-o patients in childbearing age may be Qi stagnation constitution,blood stasis constitution and damp heat constitution;2.The prevalence of aub-o patients in childbearing age may be closely related to previous pregnancy and abortion frequency,menstrual history,BMI,sleep quality,emotional factors,eating habits and pressure;3.The susceptible constitution of aub-o in childbearing age may have nothing to do with education background,occupation and menarche age.
