Objective: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiwei Baizhu powder on anorexia of children with spleen qi deficiency syndrome.By comparing and analyzing the curative effect, body weight,TCM syndrome score and serum zinc content of children before and after treatment, the mechanism, symptom improvement and clinical effectiveness of Qiwei Baizhu powder on children with anorexia of spleen qi deficiency syndrome were evaluated and discussed. Methods: Through sorting out the cases of children in the pediatric outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine, the screening time was from January 2019 to January 2020.The diagnosis of both traditional Chinese and Western medicine was anorexia in children, and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was spleen qi deficiency syndrome.A total of 65 cases were collected and numbered 1-65 according to the order of treatment.According to the random number table, the selected cases were randomly divided into experimental group and treatment group. The experimental group was treated with Qiwei Baizhu powder and Jianjian granules, and the control group was treated with zinc gluconate oral liquid. The parents of the two groups were given dietary guidance, and the parents were instructed to give the children routine diet and reasonable feeding during the treatment.Take 2 weeks as a course of treatment, continuous treatment observation 2 courses. The body weight,TCM syndrome score and serum zinc content were observed and recorded regularly. All data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software.T test was used to compare the measurement data, chi square test was used to count data, and rank sum test was used to rank data.Result: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of treatment precursor weight,TCM main symptom score,TCM secondary symptom score and serum zinc content(P > 0.05);2.After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,and that of the control group was 75.00%.By rank sum test,P < 0.05,suggesting that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.3.The body weight of the two groups before and after treatment was compared within the group,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment, the comparison between the groups was p > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.4.Before and after treatment, the TCM main symptom scores of the two groups were compared within the group,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment, the main symptom of eating less was p > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, the main symptom of anorexia was p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.Before and after treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared within the group, the experimental group P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, the control group P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.6.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P < 0.01).7.The serum zinc content of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment, the comparison between the groups was p > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.8.After six months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was6.25%,and that of the control group was 60.00%,which was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The results showed that: 1.The two regimens had certain curative effect on anorexia in children, which could increase the weight of children, increase the serum zinc content, and improve the main symptoms of anorexia in children;2.The total effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group. The experimental group is better than the control group in improving the main symptoms of anorexia. The experimental group can also improve the children’s complexion Shaohua, mental fatigue, less Qi and lazy speech, abdominal distension, loose stool, dull mouth and other TCM syndromes;3.The experimental group is effective in the treatment of infantile anorexia with spleen qi deficiency syndrome, low recurrence rate,no adverse events and good clinical safety, which is worthy of further promotion.
