Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Qiwei Baizhu Powder In The Treatment Of Functional Diarrhea Of Spleen Deficiency And Damp-heat Type

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Qiwei Baizhu powder in the treatment of functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type,and to provide more new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Qiwei Baizhu powder,and the control group was treated with Peifeikang and Shenling Baizhu pill,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom scores were observed before treatment,after treatment and 4 weeks after the end of treatment respectively,SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis,so as to observe the changes of clinical symptoms,curative effect and recurrence rate of the two groups.Results:(1)The apparent efficiency of the observation group was 75.86%,while that of the control group was 46.67%,there was statistical significance in apparent efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.66%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,there was no statistical significance in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There were significant statistical significance in the scores of symptoms and the total scores of symptoms between the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and it is better after treatment than before.(3)After treatment,there were statistical significance between the two groups in the scores of anal burning,short yellow urine and total symptoms(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group.(4)In the 4-week follow-up after treatment,the apparent efficiency of the observation group was 19.21%,while that of the control group was 38.46%,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.(5)The total score of symptoms in the two groups was significantly better than that before treatment in the fourth week after treatment(P<0.01),there was no statistical significance between the total score of symptoms in the observation group at the fourth week after treatment and that after treatment(P>0.05),the total score of symptoms in the control group after treatment was better than that in the fourth week after treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group in the fourth week after the treatment(P<0.05),these results indicated that the observation group is better than the control group in maintaining the curative effect after the treatment.(6)There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei Qiweibaizhu Powder and Peifeikang combined with Shenling Baizhu pill are effective and safe in the treatment of functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type.The observation group is better than the control group in the aspects of anal burning,short yellow urine and apparent efficiency,and better than the control group in the maintenance of curative effect.
