Research On Medical Data Sharing Scheme Based On Hybrid Chain Technology

With the changes of the times,data has become the most important resource and has been highly valued globally,especially in the era of big data.In the face of the explosive growth of data,how to use data to bring opportunities to mankind,but also There are challenges such as low data reliability,poor reliability,and difficulty in sharing.At the same time,data is often closely related to human behavior,and how to protect personal data privacy is also an urgent issue that needs to be resolved.Blockchain technology represented by Bitcoin,as a rapidly developing emerging technology in recent years,has the characteristics of decentralization,traceability,high reliability,and anti-tampering.Circulation on the asset chain has unique advantages and broad prospects.In the medical and health field,there are problems such as difficulty in protecting the privacy of medical and health data,difficulty in sharing and circulating medical data,poor traceability of medicines,and complicated medical claims.Under the above background,it is difficult to protect the privacy of medical data and medical data in the management of medical data.Sharing difficulties and other issues,from the perspective of users,a hybrid chain model composed of private chains and public chains is proposed for the protection of medical data privacy and data circulation and sharing.First,it analyzes the core technology of blockchain in depth,including blockchain data structure,hash algorithm,asymmetric encryption algorithm,digital signature,mainstream consensus mechanism,and other related technologies.Secondly,the application of blockchain technology and scenarios in the medical and health field are discussed,including blockchain medical data storage,blockchain electronic medical records,blockchain drug traceability,and smart contract-based medical insurance claims models.A blockchain hybrid chain model of service and medical data is proposed,which uses the security of public chains and the high throughput of private chains to protect and share medical data.The specific operation method of medical data on the hybrid chain model is gradually analyzed in four steps,and a closed-loop medical management method based on blockchain technology is proposed based on the epidemic environment.Finally,it summarizes the work of this article,analyzes the shortcomings and challenges of the existing results,and proposes directions for the follow-up research.
