| Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy, people’s living standard is getting better and better, and the requirement of nursing quality is getting higher and higher.Nurses are the foundation and pillar in the medical and health system, and are given higher requirements in today’s society. However,in recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition in secondary vocational schools, the entry threshold for students has been lowered, and the quality of students has been declining. At the same time,in daily teaching, teachers’ comprehensive quality is not high, schools lack effective management, teaching quality can not be effectively guaranteed, and effective learning objectives are difficult to achieve. As a pharmacology teacher,in practice teaching,we also find that there are a series of problems in pharmacology teaching in secondary vocational health schools, such as single teaching method, backward teaching concept, disconnection between practice and theory and so on,which to some extent affect the realization of effective learning objectives. In this context, this paper investigates and studies the effective learning of pharmacology in secondary vocational health schools. After fully understanding the current situation of pharmacology learning in secondary vocational health schools,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the learning effect in view of the existing problems of students in the course of pharmacology in secondary vocational health schools. On the one hand,it can further enrich and improve the existing theoretical research results,on the other hand, the proposed countermeasures and suggestions have important practical guiding significance for improving the learning effect of pharmacology in secondary vocational health schools.Firstly, this paper summarizes the literature review, research background and significance at home and abroad, and introduces the related concepts and theoretical knowledge of effective learning of pharmacology, which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the following.Secondly, the nursing students and teachers of Longyan Medical School,North Fujian Medical School,Sanming Medical Science and Technology Vocational College,Putian Medical School and East Fujian Medical School were selected as the subjects of investigation. The relevant situation of effective learning of pharmacology in secondary vocational health schools was analyzed, and the existing problems of effective learning of pharmacology in secondary vocational health schools were found. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the survey results show that students’ enthusiasm in participating in pharmacology class is not high, their interest in pharmacology content is insufficient, and their initiative in pharmacology learning is weak.Teachers still have some shortcomings in activating the classroom atmosphere and creating a good teaching environment for pharmacology.Teachers are not correct in teaching attitude and lack of self-confidence.Secondly,the problems existing in effective learning of pharmacology in secondary vocational health schools are as follows:insufficient subjective initiative of students and unclear learning objectives;insufficient attention to practical teaching of pharmacology;insufficient participation of students in independent learning;relatively backward overall concept of teachers;insufficient reflection of humanistic literacy; The learning method is not scientific and the learning attitude is not correct.Thirdly,in order to improve the effective learning of pharmacology in secondary vocational health schools,it is necessary to improve the level of professional teachers;optimize teaching methods;optimize teaching design;optimize teaching objectives and environment;strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" team of pharmacology teachers;help students to define learning objectives;guide students to master scientific learning methods;and make reasonable progress.Courses should be offered to improve students’ participation in independent learning and humanistic accomplishment;teaching conditions of pharmacology should be improved;special nursing experimental center should be established;computer technology should be used and digital teaching system should be introduced. |
