In the context of national policy reform,mobile medical development,and improvement of living standards,people are paying more and more attention to health,which puts forward higher requirements for the experience design of health management during pregnancy.The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of constructing user empathy experience based on anthropomorphic design methods on the use of blood glucose diet management mobile applications by gestational diabetes users.It is of great significance in helping users with gestational diabetes to improve their self-management initiative and cultivating long-term self-management behaviors.The study sorts out the origin and development of empathy theory through literature research,and the factors that affect empathy.It shows that empathy is an important psychological mechanism for human understanding of things,and emotional factors and cognitive factors are important factors that trigger empathy experience.The study also elaborated on the internal connection between empathy experience and user experience,and summarized the application and function of empathy experience design through case analysis.The creation of empathy experience can promote users’ understanding of products,and can even trigger users’ deep insights and reflections on products,providing theoretical support for influencing user behavior.The author also started from the three dimensions of emotional design,combined with the principle of empathy,and proposed a design strategy for empathy experience,providing corresponding theoretical guidance for subsequent design practice.Finally,the author took Philips’ blood glucose nutrition management mobile application incubation design project as a practical basis,and completed the project’s user research,competitive product analysis,and design prototype design.The research uses usability testing of key functions of the design prototype and the way users fill out the self-emotional experience scale,collected the emotional data generated in the process of user interaction;then through qualitative interviews with users,to understand the reasons for the user’s emotional data and the impact of anthropomorphic interaction on self-management behavior.Finally,the research verifies that anthropomorphic empathy interaction design can bring positive emotional experience to users.In qualitative interviews feedback,we can learn that users are curious about the random dynamics of virtual pets,which will drive user behavior and increase user stickiness.At the same time,virtual pets It will also replace the vague product image,become a more focused and clear product image spokesperson,and become a psychological trigger that triggers user actions.This is also the second factor in increasing user stickiness.However,the role of anthropomorphic emotional interaction design in supervising the user’s self-health management is still limited.The degree of user emotional arousal depends on the user’s sensibility in the process of human-computer interaction,as well as the vividness of virtual pet interaction and the variability of feedback. |
