| Research objectives:Rectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. In recent years, the incidence of disease in China is on the rise.Radical resection of rectal carcinoma is the first choice to treat early and localized carcinoma.Along with progress of science and technology, the renewal of the Laparoscopic devices and the improvement of technical level,Laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer the new procedure has been widely recognized. However, the traditional 2D laparoscopy is a two-dimensional field of vision, and the surgeons cannot obtain stereoscopic perception as laparotomy. The rapid development of 3D technology and its application in the medical field make 3D laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer a new surgical method. However, there is still no definite conclusion on the application effect of 3D laparoscopy in radical resection of rectal cancer. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of 3D laparoscopy in radical resection of rectal cancer by comparing two surgical methods.Research methods:Retrospective analysis of the data of 51 patients undergoing 3D laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in gastrointestinal surgery department of liaocheng people’s hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,Sixty-seven patients undergoing 2D laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in the same period were compared. All patients were diagnosed with rectal cancer by colonoscopy and pathology before surgery. On two groups of patients with gender, age, body mass index, postoperative exhaust days, pulled out a pelvic drainage time, number of lymph node cleaning, operation time,,postoperative complications, the number of cases, positive margin rate, postoperative hospitalization days and total hospitalization cost comparison, using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software, with two independent samples t-test and X~2test of continuity and counting treatment compared respectively,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results:All 118 patients successfully completed the surgery without conversion from 3D laparoscopy to 2D laparoscopy or open surgery.Analysis found that in the two groups of patients age, gender, body mass index, surgical procedures,no statistical significance(p>0.05),two groups of cases comparable, then the intraoperative and postoperative indicators for further comparative analysis found that the 3 d and 2 d laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical in the number of lymph node cleaning, operation time, postoperative exhaust time and drainage tube extraction time were statistically significant, and there was no significant difference in postoperative length of stay and total length of stayConclusion:Compared laparoscopic rectal cancer treated with 2 d,3 d laparoscopic can obviously shorten the operation time, the lymph node for more thorough more conducive to the postoperative recovery, and without any increase in postoperative hospitalization days and total hospitalization cost under the basis of further reduce the surgical risk, benefit performer in the operation and make patients benefit,is a kind of operation method has great development potential. |
