Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease of middle-aged and elderly people with a high incidence.The symptoms such as static tremor and slow movement caused by it bring about great inconvenience to patients.Recently,DBS has been widely used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.The selection of stimulation target is closely related to the therapeutic effect,which involves the understanding of the neurophysiological mechanism of PD onset.The use of electrophysiological signals to study the neurophysiological mechanism of PD has always been an important means of neurobiological research.According to actual research needs,this article designs and implements a dedicated animal model experimental data constructed by the cooperative team,especially the synchronously collected tremor motion signals,specific area local field potential signals,spike signals,and cervical EMG signals,etc.Processing and analysis software,including:1.Algorithm and software for marking tremor moments based on time-frequency analysisThe accuracy of marking the tremor signals by the software reaches more than 90%,which can effectively reduce the workload of visually distinguishing tremor signals during the experiment;2.Comprehensive analysis software based on spectrum analysis,time-frequency analysis,etc.The software makes full use of the language features of C++,partially loads and processes data in the visible range,and realizes real-time multi-channel data display and time-frequency analysis functions on a small memory machine;through synchronous display and data export functions,the data All stages of analysis are opened up,which improves the efficiency of analysis;3.Algorithm and software for neuron trajectory analysis of spike firing rate based on principal component analysisAiming at the multi-channel data of multiple brain regions in the experiment in this article,the subsequent virtual neuron analysis algorithm is determined by writing the Matlab program,which establishes the program basis for the in-depth study of the nerve conduction mechanism of tremor in the future;4.LFP phase difference flip analysis based on Hilbert phase and LFP and Spike phase lock analysis algorithms and softwareThrough the Matlab graphical interface,the interaction between the Matlab professional signal processing function library and the software is taken into account,and the phase analysis of the specified brain area,channel,and neuron is realized,which reduces the threshold of Matlab signal processing,and makes the biological professional without coding basis.Researchers can also participate in the work of signal analysis.The work in this paper provides a standardized algorithm and software environment for signal analysis in the PD rat animal model,and decouples data,algorithms and software,so that the same data can be analyzed in multiple dimensions in different software environments using different algorithms.It will help to further study the tremor loop in the onset of PD in rats and understand the time information coding mechanism in the neuron network.
