In recent years,doctor-patient relationship has always been a hot social issue.Most clinicians are cautious with patients in their interactions,while suspicious patients are at a loss when facing information barriers of asymmetric information.A large number of news about patients injuring doctors or negative events on doctors have led to a decline in professional commitment of doctors year by year.Even after the outbreak of the epidemic,massive positive media reports on doctors cannot completely change this situation.Doctor-patient interaction is a crucial interpersonal and social relationship,which requires the joint participation of both doctors and patients.With the development of health model,the coordinated development of doctor-patient interaction has become an crucial factor affecting the professional commitment of clinicians.In this study,clinical doctors in the P hospital are taken as the research objects on the basis of literature review.Questionnaire survey is used to gather the influence that doctor-patient interaction fairness brings to the professional commitment of clinical doctors.The research take three factors as intermediate variable: the patients’ civilized behavior,defensive medicine behavior,professional sense of worth,thus,introducing performance satisfaction as well as the clinical doctors’ medical accident fear as two regulating variable to explore the role of performance satisfaction and malpractice fear in doctor-patient interaction justice on clinicians’ occupational commitment.Through a matching questionnaire survey of clinical doctors and their inpatients and outpatients objects,the research uses SPSS.25 to propose the two path model hypothesis.The relationship between the two hypothesis path are tested by hypothesis testing.The results show that doctor-patient interaction eaquality has a significant impact on clinicians’ occupational commitment;The doctor’s satisfaction with performance plays a significant moderating role,and the patient’s civilized behavior plays a mediating role;Influence of Clinicians ’ fear of medical accidents on patient satisfaction variables affects the defensive medical tendency,which plays a significant role in regulating;The defensive medical treatment shows significant positive influence on the doctor’s professional value and plays a significant intermediary role through professional value and the doctor’s professional commitment variables.Finally,according to the conclusions and related theory,combined with the actual situation of P hospital,this article propose recommendation on three dimensions from improving the patients’ satisfaction,professional commitment and changes in the health care system based on the above research.This study is expected to play a certain reference to coordinate doctor-patient interaction and improve the comprehensive level of hospital medical services.
