An Exploration Of The Main Points Of Clinical Identification Of Female "Ren Tong Chong Sheng"

Objective : Based on ancient Chinese medical books and review of modern research results,the clinical objective indications of yin fluid governed by Renmai,Qi and blood governed by Chongmai,and kidney qi(ie "Ren Tong Chong Sheng")were screened out.And patients with different degrees of ovarian reserve function were clinically observed to explore the main points of clinical identification of "Ren Mai Tong" and "Tai chong Mai Sheng".Methods: 80 eligible cases were included from the outpatient department of the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including 20 cases of normal childbearing age group,20 cases of impaired ovarian reserve group(DOR group),and 20 cases of early-onset ovarian reserve Incomplete group(POI group),20 cases of premature ovarian failure group(POF group).Use the "Ren Tong Chong Sheng" Correlative Clinical Objective Indications Observation Form developed in this study to collect data such as physical and chemical examinations and TCM syndrome performance,and observe the four groups of patients to observe the number of antral follicles(AFC)and follicular stimulation Hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estrogen(E2),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),follicular evaluation,cervical mucus score,basal body temperature measurement(BBT),blood supply of uterine artery,uterus Endometrial(EM)condition and the difference of TCM syndrome scores of kidney qi,Chongmai and Renmai.Results:1."Kidney Qi" related indications:(1)Comparison of the number of AFC,FSH,LH,E2,AMH level among the four groups: Comparison of the number of AFC,FSH,LH,E2,AMH level among the four groups,the results are statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05)(2)Comparison of syndrome scores among the four groups:comparison of TCM syndrome scores of kidney qi among the four groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the kidney qi score among the four groups increased from the normal group to the POF group.2."Chongmai Qixue" related indications:(1)Analysis of HCG day EM,BBT,uterine artery blood flow RI and S/D among the four groups: Comparison of EM on HCG day,BBT and uterine artery blood flow RI,there is statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05)among the four groups;there is no significant difference in S/D between the four groups(P>0.05);(2)Comparison of syndrome scores among the four groups: comparison of Chongmai TCM syndrome scores between the four groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);comparison of main syndrome scores for Chongmai: There were statistically significant differences in the scores of coldness menstrual condition,limbs warmth and limb joint movement syndromes among the four groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).3.Relevant indications for "Renmai Yinye" :(1)Analysis of cervical mucus score and follicle evaluation results among the four groups: The comparison results of cervical mucus score and follicle evaluation among the four groups were statistically different(P<0.01 or P<0.05).(2)Comparison of Renmai TCM syndrome score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Comparison of the scores of the main syndromes of Renmai: dry mouth and tongue,less weight and dry eyes performance scores were statistically different among the four groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.FSH level,LH level,AFC number and serum AMH index are modern observation indexes of "kidney qi";waist and knee soreness or pain,tinnitus or deafness are the main external syndrome elements,which can be used to evaluate "kidney qi " Ups and downs".2.HCG daily EM thickness,BBT and uterine arterial blood flow RI(bilateral sum)are modern observation indicators of "pulse qi and blood";menstruation,limb coldness,and limb joint movement are "pulse qi and blood" The performance of the main external syndrome elements can be used to reflect whether the " pulse qi and blood" is vigorous or not.The result of this project is that the uterine artery blood flow S/D index reflects the "pulse pulse qi and blood" situation is not clear.3.Cervical mucus score and follicle evaluation are modern observation indicators of " Renmai Yinye ";body fluid in the mouth,body moisturizing body fluid in the eyes,and external syndromes underneath are the external observation windows of " Renmai Yinye ",It can be used to reflect the overgrowth of "Renmai Yinye".
