The Theoretical And Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Perimenopausaul Syndrome

Objective:Complete the literatural,theoretical and clinical research about PS,which is on base of clinical examination. Explore the location of the lesion,key pathogenesis,Bianzhenfenxing,therapeutic principle, foundational treatment,basic prescription,changes and action mechanism.Method:Sort out the reference documents, which is about PS,of TCM and Western medicine.On base of doing discriminant analysis with different opinions,choose the right theory and get rid of the wrong.Raise personal idea about PS-women′s body condition and clinical character.Observe and study the conclusion that the reproduction TL of women is decided by Chongmai and Renmai.Define the foundationl treatment with enriching Chong and Ren channels ,and harmonizing Yin and Yang.Set up the therapeutic principle with"planning treatment according to diagnosis".Selectively search the clinical effect of 40 PS patients, who attribute to eight syndromes of PS, and assess the curative effect with Kupperman Index and oestrin.Result:Observe the clinical effect of 40 PS patients with enriching Chong and Ren channels,and harmonizing Yin and Yang.The total effection-rate is 92.5%.The result means the foundational treatment can improve ten kinds of symptoms,especially tidal fever,sweating,palpitation of the heart,insomnia,malaise and so on.However,it is not remarkable in alleviating sexual intercourse pain,irritability,depression,doubt,etc.The oestrin-result of some PS patients shows that the foundational treatment can increase their E2 and decrease their LH and FSH.Conclusion:On base of summaring professor Wang Xuehua′s medical theory and clinical experience,explain that Chongmai and Renmai is the location of the lesion about PS. The key pathogenesis lies in the damage of Chong and Ren channels, deficiency of essence and blood, imbalance of Yin and Yang.Devide PS into eight kinds of syndromes and find that the effect is satisfying if treating the desease through Chong and Ren channels.Supply a new way in diagnosis and treatment about treating difficult PS with TCM.Give reference to further exploring the effective and safety TCM.
