Meta Analysis Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Stomachache And Probing Into The Law Of Acupoint Selection

Objective This study through the research methods of Meta analysis system to evaluate efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of stomachache,after acupuncture treatment on patients with stomachache in efficient,pain score,the pain relief time,TCM syndrome integral related indexes such as improving condition,and on the basis of summing up the main point of acupuncture in the treatment of stomachache commonly used frequency analysis,to provide evidence-based medical evidence for future clinical application and research.Methods All the randomized controlled trials related to "acupuncture for stomachache" were searched in seven databases including CNKI,WF and PubMed etc.until January 31,2022.The literature was screened by two independent investigators,and all eligible randomized controlled trials were collected and sorted out and all data included in the study were extracted.Cochrane bias risk assessment tool was used for rigorous quality evaluation of the included literatures,and RevMan5.4 software was used for meta-analysis of the extracted data.A Microsoft Excel table was established and frequency analysis method was used to analyze the use of acupoints in the included literature.Results After literature screening,30 literatures were finally included,all of which were Chinese literatures,with a total number of 2843 patients with stomachache.The meta-analysis results were summarized as follows:（1）Total effective rate:compared with drug therapy,the total effective rate of acupuncture higher than that of drugs.The results showed that acupuncture alone or combined with Western medicine is superior to western medicine alone in total effective rate.The total effective rate of acupuncture alone or combined with Traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.The total effective rate of warm acupuncture alone or combined with Chinese and western medicine is better than that of Chinese and western medicine alone.The total effective rate of warm acupuncture alone or combined with Traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.The total effective rate of warm acupuncture and moxibustion alone or combined with Western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone.（2）TCM syndrome score:acupuncture therapy is superior to drug therapy in improving TCM syndromes,such as stomachache,abdominal distention,acid reflux and heartburn.（3）Pain score:acupuncture therapy has significant analgesic effect.（4）Pain relief time:acupuncture therapy can shorten the pain time better than drugs.（5）Incidence of adverse reactions:acupuncture therapy has fewer adverse reactions than drug therapy.The main acupoints commonly used in acupuncture treatment of stomachache are ST36,RN12,PC6,BL21,BL20,SP4,ST25,RN04.The meridians commonly used in the treatment of stomachache by acupuncture are Ren Channel,the Stomatch Meridian of Foot-Yangming,the urinary Bladder channel of Foot-Taiyang,The Pericardium Channel of Hand-Jueyin and The Liver Meridian of Foot-jueyin.Conclusion（1）acupuncture therapy has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of stomachache,can improve TCM syndrome（including gastric distension and pain,loose stool,dull stool,belching,pantothenic acid and other sub-scores）,reduce pain score,shorten pain relief time,and has fewer adverse reactions than drug treatment.（2）Acupuncture treatment of stomachache is recommended to take ST3 6,RN12,PC6,BL21,BL20,SP4,ST25,RN04 and other points.
