Observation Of The Clinical Efficacof Renal Supplementation And Anti-stasis Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Stasis Chronic Nephritis Proteinuria

Objective By observing the clinical efficacy of renal detoxification and decontamination in the treatment of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and stasis chronic glomerulonephritis（CGN）,the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease were evaluated,which provided evidence for the clinical application of renal dampness and stasis,and broadened the ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods From September 2020 to November 2021,the 60 patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and stasis type enrolled in this institute were collected from the traditional Chinese medicine department and the nephrology internal medicine outpatient clinic and inpatient department of Wuhan First Hospital,and the information of the enrolled subjects was collected,and they were divided into a control group（nephritis rehabilitation tablet group）and a test group（kidney dampening stasis group）by random number table,and 30 cases in each group were observed for 12 weeks.The differences in the effectiveness of treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome,the single TCM syndrome score,the total urine protein/creatinine ratio,the urine protein,the number of urine red blood cells,the renal function related indicators（including blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine）,and liver function（plasma albumin）were recorded and analyzed.The changes in the three major routines,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,electrolytes,and blood lipids before and after taking the drug in the two groups were also observed.The spss26.0 software is used to statistically analyze the data collected by this observation institute,and the measurement data is expressed by mean plus or minus standard deviation（（?）±s）,the measurement data in line with the normal distribution is tested by t,the counting data is used with frequency,percentage（%）,description,pick-square test,and the non-normal distribution data are selected rank and test.P<0.05 suggests that the difference is statistically significant.Results 1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in terms of gender,age,disease course,TCM syndrome integral,total urine protein/creatinine ratio,urine protein,number of urine red blood cells,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,plasma albumin indicators,and the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）,which was comparable.2.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome were reduced in the comparison within the group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The decrease in TCM syndrome scores was more obvious in the inter-group comparison trial group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the integral difference between the trial group before and after treatment in TCM syndrome（except for loose stool）（P<0.05）.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores between the control group（except for less,dark or dark face,loose stools）（P<0.05）.After inter-group comparison,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of fatigue,puffiness,swelling,nocturia,dysphoria,dark face or dark evidence.3.After 12 weeks of treatment,the experimental group and the control group compared with the reduction of total urine protein/creatinine ratio,urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,and blood creatinine,and the two groups were statistically significant after treatment（P<0.05）;in plasma albumin levels,the two groups increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Compared with the row group,the experimental group had obvious effects compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.In the urinary red blood cell count,there was no statistical significance after intra-group comparison before and after treatment in both groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion Kidney detoxification and stasis,in the spleen and kidney qi deficiency and stasis chronic nephritis effect is accurate,can effectively improve the fatigue,puffiness,swelling,nocturia,poor,dark or dark symptoms,but also can reduce the patient’s urine protein / creatinine ratio,urine protein level,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine level and improve the patient’s plasma albumin level,clinical efficacy is remarkable,worth promoting.
