| 1.Clinical Efficacy of TCM in Endometriosis Infertility Based on Systematic Review[Objective]To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis related infertility.[Methods]Randomized controlled trials（RCTS）of traditional Chinese medicine in The treatment of endometriosis related infertility were collected by searching CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,The Cochrane Library and EMbase database.The retrieval period was from January 1,2011 to November 25,2021.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.[Results]28 literatures were included.Meta-analysis showed that the pregnancy rate,clinical effective rate and recurrence rate of the TCM group were higher than those of the control group within 3,6,12,18 and 24 months,and the serum CA125 level and TCM syndrome score after treatment were lower than those of the control group.[Conclusion]Current evidence indicates that Chinese medicine has a certain advantage over non-Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis related infertility.2.Medication Characteristics in Treatment of Endometriosis Infertility by Ho Gynaecology Based on Data Mining[Objective]To summarize the characteristics of Ho gynecology in treating infertility related to endometriosis.[Methods]From October 1,2021 to December 31,2021,infertility patients with endometriosis in the second department of Gynecology,Hangzhou Hospital of TMC were collected.Descriptive analysis was conducted on medication frequency,category,nature,flavour and attributive channel of Chinese herbs.Complex network diagram,association rules and systematic clustering analysis were performed on high-frequency drugs.[Results]148 prescriptions corresponding to 43 patients were collected,217 kinds of medication were used,and the cumulative frequency of medication was 2389 times.Angelica was the most frequently used drug,tonic medicine was the most frequently used drug,the most commonly-used herbal categories belonged to deficiency-supplementing medicine.The nature of the most frequently-used herbs was warm,and the flavor of the most frequently-used herbs was sweet.The association rules of two drugs involved ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica,trigon and Atractylodes macrocephala,and the association rules of three drugs involved salvia miltiorrhiza,Dodder,angelica.The drugs were divided into six groups by cluster analysis.[Conclusion]In the treatment of endometriosis related infertility by Ho gynecology of Hangzhou Hospital of TCM Hospital,the drugs mainly include tonifying liver and kidney,strengthen positive Qi and helping Yang,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,also clearing heat and collecting Yin,nourishing blood,regulating qi and regulating menstruation.They are good at facilitating pregnancy,mediating Yin and Yang and achieving peace in clinic. |
