Discussion On Syndrome-medicine Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Endometriosis Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: By searching the database to collect the relevant literature on the treatment of endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine,and using data mining technology to analyze the common TCM Syndrome Types and drug prescriptions of the disease,to explore the syndrome medicine law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods: To search CNKI and Wanfang database from January 2000 to December 2020.Through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the relevant information of the included literatures was extracted and the database was established.Excel 2016.0 was used for frequency analysis,IMB SPSS modeler18.0 for association rules,and spss25.0 for clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs.The results are analyzed.Results: There were 352 prescriptions in 218 literatures,Among them,67 were qi stagnation and blood stasis,117 were kidney deficiency and blood stasis,66 were cold coagulation and blood stasis,and 37 were Qi deficiency and blood stasis.A total of 238 Chinese medicines appeared,with a total of4417 times.There are 123 drugs of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,797 times in total,172 drugs of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,1585 times in total,125 drugs of cold coagulation blood stasis type,789 times in total,96 drugs of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,416 times in total.1.frequency analysis: the four characteristics of qi stagnation blood stasis type are temperature,cold and common;Most of the five flavors are bitter,pungent and sweet;More into liver,spleen,heart,kidney,stomach,lung meridian;The common drugs are angelica,yanhusuo,Paeoniae,chuanxiong and zedoary;The four types of kidney deficiency and blood stasis are common in temperature,peace and cold;Five tastes are more common in sweet,bitter and spicy;More liver,spleen,kidney,heart,lung,stomach meridian;The common drugs are angelica,yanhusuo,Paeoniae,chuanxiong and zedoary;The four types of cold coagulation blood stasis are common in temperature,peace and cold;Five tastes are more common with pain,bitterness and sweetness;More liver,spleen,heart,kidney,lung,stomach meridian;The common drugs are angelica,yanhusuo,Paeoniae,chuanxiong and zedoary;The four types of qi deficiency and blood stasis are common in temperature,peace and cold;Five tastes are more common in sweet,bitter and spicy;More blood stasis of endometriosis are angelica,chuanxiong,trilong and zedoary;There are 19 related laws of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and the core drugs are peach kernel,red flower,yanhusuo and Paeoniae Alba;There are 20 types of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and the core drugs are: yam,Cornus officinalis,mature ground yellow,Cuscuta,peony;There are 16 Cold Coagulation Blood Stasis types,and the core drugs are Corydalis,fennel,Evodia rutaecarp,Guizhi,Paeoniae Alba,licorice,aconite,red peony,etc;Qi deficiency and blood stasis were 17,and the core drugs were Astragalus,dangshen,Baishu,Poria,Paeoniae,zedoary and trilateral.4.cluster analysis results: Qi stagnation blood stasis type: there are 4 clusters.Kidney deficiency blood stasis type: 4.Cold coagulation and stasis type: 3.Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Type: 2.Conclusion: 1.The four characteristics of drugs of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,cold coagulation and blood stasis type and Qi deficiency and blood stasis type are warm,cold and common;Most of the five flavors are bitter,pungent and sweet;Meridian tropism mostly enters the liver,spleen,kidney,heart,lung and stomach,especially the liver and spleen.2.Core drug pairs: Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong are common drug pairs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of endometriosis;Rhizoma sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae;The core drug pairs of qi stagnation and blood stasis type are peach kernel and safflower;The core drug pairs of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type are yam,Cornus officinalis and Rehmannia glutinosa;The core drug pairs of cold coagulation and blood stasis type: Corydalis yanhusuo,Foeniculum vulgare,Evodia rutaecarpa;Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula are the core pairs of Guizhi,Baishao and Gancao;Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos.3.According to cluster analysis,Guizhi Fuling pill,Shixiao powder and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction are commonly used for qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which are combined with Liver Soothing and spleen strengthening drugs;The commonly used prescription of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type is Liuwei Dihuang Pill Combined with Gexia Zhuyu Decoction,which is compatible with drugs of warming kidney yang and tonifying liver and kidney;Danggui Sini Decoction,Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and Sini decoction are commonly used in cold blood stasis type,which are combined with Qi tonifying and blood nourishing drugs;Sijunzi Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction are commonly used in Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and they are combined with nourishing yin and blood drugs.
