| Objective:By prospective randomized controlled study to observe liver stomach lily tonga laid on functional dyspepsia liver cure stomach with the clinical curative effect,Chinese medicine symptom integral,gastric emptying rate,the influence of the anxiety of quantitative evaluation and objective evaluation of liver stomach lily tonga lay in the treatment of functional dyspepsia liver with the clinical curative effect,provide the new clinical basis for the treatment of the disease.Methods:Sixty-six cases of functional dyspepsia with disharmony between liver and stomach were selected from outpatient and inpatient patients in the hospital from March 2021 to November2021.Using the random number table method the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group taking liver stomach lily tonga to cure,the control group taking Moxapride citrate tablets will the treatment,two groups of treatment,a total of 4 weeks,collected and recorded before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral,gastric emptying rate,HAMA scores and statistics and analysis,calculation of clinical effective.Results:A total of 66 patients with functional dyspepsia with disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome were included in this study,and 61 cases were completed,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.There was no statistical difference in the general data of the patients（P > 0.05）.1.Efficacy analysis:（1）Total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%,and that of the control group was76.7%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.（2）Comparison of TCM main symptoms and syndromes: there was no statistical significance in the scores of TCM main symptoms and syndromes between the two groups before treatment（P > 0.05）,but there was statistical significance in the intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment（P < 0.05）,and in the inter-group comparison between the two groups after treatment（P < 0.05）.The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group had therapeutic effect on the TCM main symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients with liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.（3）TCM sub-syndrome score: Two groups of patients before treatment times disease of TCM symptom score between groups has no statistical significance（P > 0.05）,the treatment group patients before and after treatment group is statistically significant（P < 0.05）,the control group before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome of belch symptom group is statistically significant（P < 0.05）,no other symptoms improved significantly,There was no statistical significance in intra-group comparison（P > 0.05）.The comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.The results showed that the symptoms of belching were improved in both groups,and the treatment group had obvious effect on feeling upset,upset and sigh,while the control group had no obvious effect on relieving the above symptoms.（4）120min Gastric empting rate: there was no statistical significance in 120 min gastric empting rate before treatment between the two groups（P > 0.05）,but there was statistical significance in intra-group comparison before and after treatment between the two groups（P < 0.05）,and statistical significance in inter-group comparison after treatment between the two groups（P < 0.05）.It indicates that both the treatment group and the control group can promote gastric empting,and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.（5）HAMA score:HAMA scores between the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance（P>0.05）,intra-group comparison before and after treatment in the treatment group had statistical significance（P < 0.05）,and inter-group comparison before and after treatment in the control group had no statistical significance（P > 0.05）.It shows that the treatment group can significantly improve the anxiety state of patients,while the control group has no obvious effect.Conclusion:The effect of Ganwei Baihe decoction on functional dyspepsia with disharmony between liver and stomach was better than that of the control group in terms of total effective rate,clinical symptoms,gastric empting rate and improvement of anxiety.No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the whole experiment,indicating that Ganwei Baihe decoction is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
