Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Premature Thelarche Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Excess Type By Heyin Powder

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of heyin powder in the treatment of the yin deficiency with fire excess type premature thelarche,and to explore the effect of heyin powder on Estradiol,Follicle Stimulating Hormone and luteinizing hormone.[Methods]This observation selected 60 female children in Hangzhou Children’s Hospital,according to the children and their parents’will,divided them into the treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with heyin powder and the control group was given Dubuyin pill(Hangzhou Huqing pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,approved by Z33020137)for oral treatment,and give two groups health education.After 3 months of treatment,to compared the efficacy of the two groups,and follow-up visit was conducted once after 3 months of treatment,so as to form the diagnosis and treatment method of"nourishing Yin,reducing fire,activating qi and promoting blood circulation" for premature thelarche of yin deficiency and fire excess type.[Results]The results showed that the overall symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment.In the control group,2 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 63.33%;in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.00%;the difference was significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of breast,both groups can alleviate breast mass size,hardness,pain;and the effect of treatment group was better.Comparison of main TCM syndrome scores,both groups can alleviate mouth and throat dry,hot flashes with night sweats,urinating short and yellow,dry feces,and the effect of treatment group was better;both groups can alleviate irritability,the difference hasn’t significance Comparison of sex hormone,both groups can lower the estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone,and the effect of treatment group was better.[Conclusion]1.The effect of hey in powder on the premature thelarche of yin deficiency with fire excess type is better than that of Dubuyin pill;2.Heyin powder can effectively improve breast pain,breast size,breast hardness and other breast symptoms and TCM symptoms of yin deficiency with fire type premature thelarche;3.Heyin powder can effectively lower the follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol.
