Research On Evaluation Of Innovation Ability Of Research-oriented Specialized Hospital

Innovation is the main driving force of modern economic development and the inexhaustible driving force of a country’s development.Since its birth,the research on innovation theory,innovation capability,innovation level and its evaluation has attracted the attention of scholars from various countries and fields.At present,although the research on innovation capability and its evaluation has made great progress in China,there is still a lack of research in the medical field,especially in research specialized hospitals and research institutions.In order to solve the problem of long-term absence of innovation capability evaluation in research-oriented specialized hospitals and research institutions,this study established a set of innovation capability evaluation index system for this field through exploration.The purpose of this study is to further improve the innovation efficiency in this field through objective evaluation,and to provide objective and scientific intellectual support for management decision-making.At the same time,this study has practiced and popularized the application of evaluation system construction in the segmented fields,and will also provide a new idea for the implementation of national innovation strategy in various fields.In this study,the construction of innovation development and evaluation system in the medical and health field and related fields with innovative vitality was analyzed through literature research and appropriate investigation.On "science and technology innovation ability" and "evaluation system",on the basis of literature study and comprehensive analysis,with reference to other build process innovation ability evaluation system,through the early literature review and brainstorming,using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,the target decomposition and classification,the research of specialized subject hospital innovation ability evaluation indexes.Through two rounds of expert consultation,the final evaluation index was obtained after the feedback that the expert opinions tended to be uniform.Through the third round of expert consultation,the weight of each index in the evaluation system is determined.By using the related methods of management science and mathematical statistics,a set of evaluation index system for the innovation ability of research-oriented specialized hospitals has been successfully constructed,which has passed the consistency test to ensure its reliability and scientificity.This evaluation system is applied to the case analysis,and the evaluation accords with the objective facts and achieves the research purpose.Through the research on the evaluation index system of innovation ability of research specialized hospital,the innovation ability evaluation system of this subdivision field is successfully constructed.The research is expected to provide an important management tool and objective data support for the innovation capacity construction of specialized hospitals,and further create an innovative atmosphere for the hospital.The evaluation of innovation ability will help the hospital to improve the transformation efficiency of innovation results,so as to further promote the development of medical technology level,the transformation of diagnosis and treatment mode and the progress of medical service ability.
