Observation On The Efficacy Of Xiaoyaosan Plus Liuyu Decoction In Treating Hyperthyroidism Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and therapeutic advantages of Xiaoyaosan plus Liuyu Decoction combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver depression and spleen deficiency,evaluate its safety,and explore its impact on relevant laboratory objective indicators,clinical symptoms,and signs.Provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment application.Methods:From January2020 to January 2021,a total of 64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria were included in the outpatients and wards of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2020 to January2021.The patients were divided into treatment groups by randomized envelope grouping.And the control group,each group has 32 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment with methimazole tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoyaosan plus Liuyu Decoction combined with methimazole tablets.Patients in both groups were observed for 1 month.Results:（1）General situation:There was no difference in baseline data between the two groups,The number of female patients in both groups was higher than the number of male patients;（2）Main indicators:Both the test group and the control group have decreased thyroxine levels,Among them,the FT₃ levels of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,The difference is statistically significant（p<0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in FT₄ levels after treatment（p>0.05）.（3）Secondary indicators:After treatment,the TRAb level of the two groups of patients decreased,But the difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant;After treatment,the TSH levels of the two groups were not statistically significant（p>0.05）.The effective rate of the treatment group（93.1%）is better than the effective rate of the control group（83.7%）,The difference was statistically significant（p<0.05）.（4）Safety indicators:All subjects experienced adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Research shows（1）The chinese medicine can reduce serum FT₄ levels in patients with hyperthyroidism,decrease level better than control group;（2）Xiaoyao san plus liuyu decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,Improve efficacy;（3）This study found that the incidence of hyperthyroidism is mostly female.
